Description of Work: We met Mr Lucas at a Home Show at the DC Convention Center in March 2013. We contracted with him to build a deck, patio and do some landscaping; giving him two checks totalling $7,600 as a down payment. When the work didn't start we called him several times. At first getting excuses then nothing but voicemail. We checked with the Better Business Bureau of MD and found many complaints against Mr Lucas. In 2013 his company was ALG Aria Landscape Group. I checked Angie's List and found 3 bad reviews from 2012 when his company name was Allview. The only thing we received were some very good drawings of a deck/patio. We did not get our money back.
