 + -1 moreWorst service ever, no responsiveness, install was all wrong, and they still haven't attempted to fix and finish the project. They are crooks, and I am doing what can to get my money back. Do not use these idiots.

 + -1 moreDespite multiple attempts we never got anyone to call us back. A trip to the store only resulted in us being directed to the phones. A frustrating waste of time.

 + -1 moreI took my lawnmower to Home Depot Tool Rental for repair 3 months ago. The store never bothered to contact me with a status update. I phoned and visited 5x, and each time they said my lawnmower was out (with whomever they contract to fix mowers). The repair contract did call to tell me the price, $325; way too high for an old machine I bought used. I refused. The guy in Tool Rental estimated a $40 bill to fix the cord and clean the engine, but it wasn't his call. Anyway, the contract said they'd send it back and it would take a week. That was one month ago. Tool rental said all they could do is wait, and that they would contact me. My recommendation is to avoid repair service atHome Depot Tool Rental if you want timely service. I did not even know they had such a service, and I'm actually sorry to find out it did. Their complete disregard for timeliness falls well within bounds of disrespect. My lawnmower has been held hostage for nearly 12 weeks. I believe it spent a short time waiting for contractor pickup in HD. Whoever does their work is ridiculously slow. And a complaint to HD falls on deaf ears.
