Garage Door Nova

I had an issue opening my sliding garage door. I have a simple garage I use for storage and open by hand. I made a appointment with Garage Door Nova for a free quote, but in the end they received the project. Roger the technician came early within the time period I was given, he looked over my garage issue, noted the possible problem, and game me my free quote. It turned out the door had a broken spring, which was making it hard to open and it needed to be replaced. I gave him the job on the spot and he was able to fix the issue within 1.5 hours, as well as better calibrate the door when closing. The service I received was quick, professional, and efficient.

I’ve had a small problem with my garage door and Roger came out to service it. I was so impressed by how precise he was. When I thought the door was great, Roger still pointed where areas w/closing weren’t lining up and he would go back to adjusting/testing the glide of the door. I must say the professionalism & knowledge of Roger was nothing short of amazing customer service. All representatives should show this much concern and passion about the job there performing. Submitted a request through Angi to have my garage door fixed. Received a text and call within 30 minutes. Scheduled same-day service. Sherman came out, assessed the issue, replaced the sensors, replaced the wiring, and lubed the doors. Outstanding work. Would hire again. Highly recommend.

We made arrangements for Garage Door Nova to provide us a cost estimate to replace two single garage door openers for our home. The technician from the company arrived on time and did a great job explaining the differences between our current garage door openers and the technology found in the new openers. The technician did such a good job describing the openers and the cost estimate was very reasonable that we elected to have Garage Door Nova install new openers without getting a second estimate. The installation was completed professionally and the technician did an excellent job helping us to program our cars and smart phone for the new system. Overall, the technician made this a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend Garage Door Nova for garage door services.

The techs were fast, respectful, COVID compliant, and the price was the best out of the 5 estimates I got. The door has to be special ordered and came in weeks before the date they gave me. Only criticism is that the office/dispatch could have updated me that they were running a little behind from their previous job. However, they completed the job in the exact amount of time they told me it would take. Also loved that they didn’t give me a hard sell during the estimate - they were upfront and honest about everything (unlike other contractors that gave me estimates). Highly recommended

Garage Door Nova was fabulous!! I had them out to tweak an old system twice since I bought the house two years ago. They warned me that the system was on it's last legs, but they managed to get it running as long as possible. It finally gave out, with my car stuck in the garage (!), and they came out quickly and helped me get my car released from the garage. They then arranged to fix the system completely, with an updated motor, new springs, and all at a reasonable price. They installed the new system the following week, and it has been a delight to me how smoothly the garage door now opens, and how reliable it feels. 100% satisfied!!
