Description of Work: I have worked with E & R Services years ago and hired them recently to clean my windows & screens. Previously a crew came in,someone took care of the screens, others took care of the windows. This time only a young man and a younger man came. Both were very friendly & tried to please. However, the younger man didn't seem to know the business very well nor could he speak English, so it was difficult to explain anything to him. Unfortunately,this left the other man stopping what he was doing to run after the other to assist. The windows were cleaned to my satisfaction, however, the rush to complete the job resulted in shoving screens in the windows improperly. |

Description of Work: I've used E & R Services about 3 times to clean my windows. They do a good job and are quick and clean up after themsleves. I was disappointed that the last crew they had here did not clean my garage windows or my basement windows but overall they do a good job. I will be using them again this year and hopefully they will do the garage and basement windows.

Description of Work: Quick response time. Good price. Cleaned all gutters in 30 minutes which seemed too fast but I think he did a decent job. Before the work was done one gutter over garage used to drip; it no longer drips.
