I had tried to contact this company twice through their website and never heard from them. I had used them about 6-7 years ago to clean my windows and I wanted my windows cleaned again. I decided to call them on Thursday, Oct 13th. They answered promptly and said they still charged $5 per window plus $1 per screen. We scheduled for them to come between 12-3 on Monday, Oct 17th. They called me on Friday to confirm the Monday appointment. They showed up around 1:30 and were quick and efficient. I told them I had spent $215 to do the windows last time. They walked around and counted windows and said $215 again. And they did 2 screens for free for me. They did a great job. I'm going to get my windows washed every fall from them!

Contractor brought his own tools and the work was done with expediency. He cleaned up after his work was done, and was very courteous.

They did a great job at powerwashing our house. They were punctual and very reasonibly priced. They had a coupon that we were able to use. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

They arrived on time (actually a little early) and quickly assessed the house. One of the workers came from the backyard and mentioned that he could pressure wash the small back patio for an extra fee. It really needed it, and I was actually expecting them to bring that up. What I didn't expect was for him to say that I pay for it separately...in cash. I thought what he offered ($40) was too much for such a small area, so I asked him to include the small front porch. Yes, I let them do it, but I was put off by the shadiness. I won't use them again solely on that basis. They did a fine job on pressure washing the house and I was pleased with that.

Great The price was much less than other estimates.They were willing to come out on a Saturday at no extra charge, because I wanted to be present. They not only cleared the gutters, but also removed old damaged screens at no extra charge. They thoroughly cleaned the windows of all dirt, dust and pollen. The only problem was paint and sap, which would have needed a scraper to be removed.

They were clean and neat. They were in and out quickly. They were very professional and good.

Overall, I was happy with the work. Hugo was very good about answering my questions and working with me to get the job done. The one suggestion I would have is that the emails and calls to the office be returned more quickly. There was some miscommunication on scheduling, so I would suggest that you only talk to the same person in the office and reconfirm. Finally, in the second job, the crew ran short on glass block, but the team tried to go out and get more, but had to come back, seal up the window and returned the next morning to finish.

I thought the window sills would be included. I was very happy with the outcome, though. They performed the work fast - and I was worried about the quality; however, everything came out really clean. We also got 10% off when my neighbor and I made the appointment together.

They did an outstanding job. They responded to my telephone call in timely manner. They came over and got the job done. It was wonderful.

They were fast (with two guys, it took little over an hour) and did a good job. Afterward I noticed just a handful of little streaks left by the process. We called them in response to a summer special ($5/window, $1/screen) and I think we got a fantastic deal.

They are wonderful and lovely. I have them come out about 2 times a year. I do as many windows as I can to fit under the minimum rate, as they charge a minimum price. They charge per window. Larger windows are counted as 2 or 3 windows depending upon the size. They clean windows from inside as well as from outside. They do an excellent job. They are efficient and quick. They also did my gutters really well. Two people were working on my windows and the other person was doing the gutters which was great. They were using their ladder efficiently. I am very pleased with them and they are very helpful. I have old crank windows and it's difficult to work on those windows. They have always gone the extra mile to help me with those windows. They do a great job. The price was fine and very reasonable considering that I had 3 people at my disposal for at least 45 minutes. They are very punctual, as they come on time and that's really lovely. If they say that they would come at 8 o'clock then they are there at 8 o'clock. They will give you a call to inform you if there are going to be 5 minutes late which is amazing.

I was very satisfied. They ran an ad for a discount in the paper. We called them and they said they would send someone to provide an estimate and that, if desired, they could start the power washing the same day. They came as expected and provided a fair estimate for the work. They power washed that day. We had a little trouble communicating with them about when they would come back to finish and put the sealant on, but I think the weather played into that and I don't feel it reflects on them. The person who answered the phone/voicemail was always courteous and responded rapidly. Would definitely use again!

I called them and asked for a quote on pressure washing my house. They asked for my address, and Googled it, and then told me it would be approximately $225. They told me that they could be out on Thursday. I had to call them back when I realized that they didn't tell me what time they would arrive on Thursday. The man that answered the phone also did not tell me his name. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took about an hour to pressure wash the whole house. They used a detergent. They also made sure to pull back any plants or chairs near the house before they started working. They ended up charging us $250 instead of the quoted $225.

They did a great job. They had a crew of three, and they were in and out of here in 45 minutes. They were very professional. They called to tell me they would be a few minutes late, and they did a great job.

I called Eand R for an estimate for power washing. They set up a time where they would come out, name the price and if we agreed to it they would do the work. When I spoke to their office I indicated that we would want the deck sealed, but needed to replace some wood first. They indicated they could do that as well, but when the workmen arrived they couldn't give a price for that - so we skipped it. For the power washing the price was excellent. They did the work right away and indicated the deck had to dry for at least 3 days before sealing. I made arrangements to have another company replace the wood. 3 days before it was replaced I got a call from Eand R asking if I was home. I was not, and he said the team was at the house to seal the deck. I said they couldn't because I had not replaced the boards. He put me on hold briefly and then told me they were already done. They said they would leave a bill and after some discussion some leftover sealer for me to seal the replacement boards. The deck and stairs look great but I was annoyed that they did the work without giving me any notice and chose a tinted sealer which cost more without my approval.
