I am getting my house painted near the end of May, and I wanted it to be clean. I asked the painter what he charged for power washing a town house, and he said $300.00. I have had E and R Services pressure wash my house for the past ten years, and I knew that they were cheaper. They charged me $175.00. The work was very good, and they were great to deal with. I am going to use them again.

. First, let me say that the price was excellent and E and R had come highly recommended by some very fastidious friends. This makes me think that perhaps we got a different crew from our friends. Second, we were scheduled between 3-5 in the afternoon, actually rescheduled from a previous appointment because of a rainy day. The afternoon our crew came it was very late and overcast and rainy, which may have contributed to the less- than -adequate job they did and the fact that they hurried through the process.( In hindsight, we should have asked that they come back when it wasn't rainy and they could see better what they were doing). We ended up with many windows which are streaked and storm windows put back incorrectly with some pieces of window insulation left dropped on the ground. They were making a lot of noise in taking out and replacing the storm windows, which made us nervous. Our windows are only about 5 years old. Otherwise, communication with the main office was fine and although we would not be comfortable using E and R again, we hope that our experience was the exception rather than the rule.

I apologize for cursing at you in my phone message Eand R Services (window cleaning). I''ve used this service for years for window cleaning for spring and fall. My appointment was for 5pm. I moved all my furniture for easy access, made sure I had tip money, then I checked my phone messages. That was my mistake. I should have checked my phone messages first. They cancelled on me because they had cancellations and were ready to clean my windows but my appointment was at 5pm and I wasn't home at that time. They're fine with the window cleaning when they come, but they are unreliable for showing when you want them to. They are good at their convenience only, not at customer convenience. so, if you want your windows cleaned for a special event, I suggest you find someone reliable that will honor their agreement. This is the second time I've been disappointed with their service. I will not wait for a third strike.

E and R did a beautiful job of cleaning the house, plus our side of a neighbor's white vinyl fence. Both are still sparkling clean. This is the second or third time they have cleaned the house, and we will use them again when the time comes. They are careful and thorough. We would be happy to recommend them!

The service went fine. I liked their timeliness and their work. They had reasonable prices.

The service was excellent. They did a very good job. They were quick and efficient. The price was great and the service was awesome.

Great The price was much less than other estimates.They were willing to come out on a Saturday at no extra charge, because I wanted to be present. They not only cleared the gutters, but also removed old damaged screens at no extra charge. They thoroughly cleaned the windows of all dirt, dust and pollen. The only problem was paint and sap, which would have needed a scraper to be removed.

There were two employees and they worked diligently and efficiently. They performed the work that was agreed upon for what I thought was a fair price. I have older, wood-paned windows and they are now sparkling.

Fantastic. We tried to remove mildew ourselves and could only reach so far. E and R Services did a great job. The house looks wonderful!

The pressure washers were prompt and courteous, although only one understood and spoke English.I was a bit hesitant that day because it was a light rain and I couldn't really judge the results very well, but they reassured me it was okay to go ahead. They were a little rushed, but were willing to redo spots I wasn't quite satisfied with. I was especially pleased with the results of the brick patios. The window washers came in a group of 3 or 4. They were in all different directions and were hard to keep up with. They did a good job on the windows; however, they did not clean the sills, and seemed upset that I insisted on it. There was also damage to a couple of my shutters, although the management did agree to pay for them to be fixed. Hopefully they will keep their promise. A day later when the sun was bright I noticed the large moon-shaped window in the rear was streaked, and they returned within a few days to correct it.

I had read the reviews concerning punctuality and thought, and quot;well I work from home. I can wait.and quot; So I planned to be home during the 3 hour afternoon window I had been given, and received a call 30 minutes before the end of said window. The crew was running late, and they wanted me to reschedule for another day. I'm sorry, but no! That's not how you do business! There was no apology offered when the request to reschedule was made, no offer to discount the rescheduled service to make up for the inconenience, just matter of factly, and quot;we'd like to reschedule you for next week.and quot; Really pathetic customer service.

The men arrived and after letting me know the were ready to start, began immediately. They quickly completed the task, of cleaning and washing the gutters. They were polite and professional. I would very definitely recommend E and R Services!

They did a great job. I'd hire them again in a sec. Best price. If you can use them.

They were fabulous. They were able to come out and perform the services very soon after I called. They showed up on time, did a thorough, professional job, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great value for the price.

My overall experince was great. They were professional and polite. They worked with me to make decision about color choices.

They were prompt enough, but had no one on the crew who spoke passable English, so every small request was greeted with smiles and lack of understanding. They finished and I went around and looked at the work. When I pointed out that none of the sills or frames had been done, the Hispanic crew assured me that the work was complete as it stood. I told them I was unwilling to pay because I deemed that the job wasn't complete. The crew leader got his supervisor on the phone. I told him the situation and he came over while the guys were still here. This guy was adamant that the job was complete and he stood by it, claiming that tools they didn't own would be needed. I said, and quot;You're really a GLASS cleaning service, not a window cleaning service then.and quot; He stood by the shoddy work and I stood by not paying him. The owner called the next day hoping to resolve the and quot;misunderstandingand quot;. He didn't come out, didn't look at anything and basically, just insisted on payment. I texted him photos of the work. He said that his company couldn't be expected to perform what we were demanding. We said that the charge was not the issue, but the sloppiness of the work (or rather the LACK of work). I said, and quot;If this is really the work you do and you are satisfied that you have done, I agreed to pay the full amount but told him that I would post a negative review on Angie's List.. He absolutely didn't care and implied that I was cheap. When I pointed out that two days earlier, we'd paid $300 to THEM to clean our siding, that they'd done a good job and that we'd happily paid, he backed off. My wife cleaned up the unfinished job with 409 and a wet cloth.

Service personnel arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled time. They began work immediately and were very quick. They cleaned up afterwards and no detritus from the cleaning was left behind.

They did a nice job and were careful with the screens. They cleaned the window sills as well. At my request, they did not walk on the roof to clean the gutters but did them from the extension ladder they used for the windows. (An earlier company tramped back and forth on the roof and I think that's h****** the roofing.) The address on the card they gave me is 6222 Seabrook Rd, Lanham, MD, and the phone is 877-336-3325. They were on-time and did what was asked. I had also used them in the past to wash my windows, which they did a very good job.

They were excellent. They came on time and did everything that was supposed to be done. The cost was very reasonable. I wasn't at home; they came when I was at work. I came back and then left them a check on the door. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

It went very well. It was raining outside but that did not affect their work. They performed the services listed above and were professional and courteous. The work took about an hour to an hour and a half. The estimate was given to us beforehand orally and we had no problems in that area.

Two Eand R Services guys showed up at my doorstep at the agreed upon time around 11a. From the get-go they were clearly in a rush - but when I offered them to pay extra for a more thorough job they told me they couldn't take more time as they had 4 more jobs scheduled that day. While they worked quickly, they weren't very thorough, cleaning only the window panes and lightly wiping down the frames - leaving window wells, sills and outer frames completely untouched - clearly that was not part of the deal. The same was true for the screens. While they hosed them off, I ended up cleaning the frames myself. Overall: With the sun shining today, many windows show streaks and are still dirty around the edges. Since they were in such a rush to get to their next job I wasn't able to check their work before they left and so noticed only later that despite their confirmation and charge they had not washed 2 basement windows which I had asked them specifically about and which they said they had cleaned. But apart from the hastle of the additional work that I had to perform myself, there was quite a bit of collateral damage. They butchered the hedge in front of my house, breaking off large limbs and stuffing/hiding a broken-off shrub inside of it. Moreover, they dislodged the outside lighting system and in the process of its repair my husband found a piece of broken-off window divider lying on the ground. A lousy job. I would not recommend them to any one.
