Excellent, fast, professional work. We have moved, or I would hire them again to do siding and windows and also deck cleaning.

Fast and beautiful job. Nice and polite. Reasonable price too. Did arrive a few hours before scheduled time (E&R Services had a cancellation earlier that day), but it was no problem for me since I had the whole day off and was at home. Would call them again for the next window cleaning service :)

They were quick and efficient. The only issues is it took them 2 weeks before they could get to my house. I'm thinking of using them to wash and seal my deck. I like the coupons they send through the mail

Wilson and Antonio arrive a little early. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my windows. I have used E & R Services for several years and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend this company.

I used E&R for gutter cleaning a couple of times a few years ago and I was very happy with their service. I liked that they put all gutter debris in plastic bags and hauled it away and they also used a hose to flush out the downspouts. Since then I had switched to another service provider that was less expensive and was on an annual contract. Late this fall I decided to try E&R again since they sent me a "Past Customer Specials" coupon for $75 for gutter cleaning. Made an appointment and was given a time one week out, between 2 and 4 PM. The workers arrived about 20 minutes early and told me the job was too big for the $75 coupon and would cost $95 instead. I wasn't too happy about that (especially since my other servicer was currently charging $70 for the same job), but I gave them the go ahead since they were already at my home. They finished work in about 15 minutes. Nearly all gutter debris was simply tossed onto my yard and they did not make any attempt to flush the downspouts with water. This was a bit of a surprise since I had inquired if they needed the water turned on when I made the appointment and they said "Yes." Bottom line, yes my gutters are now clean, but I now have a mess that I must clean up around my house and the work cost about 36% more than my current service company. I won't be calling E&R again.

Everything seemed to be going quite well until the end of their work. As I was walking away from the guy in charge in order to get a check to pay him, he began screaming at me to stop so he could hand me a receipt. Note, I told him I was coming right back with a check, but that, somehow, wasn't good enough for him, he insisted he needed to hand me the receipt, immediately. I was outside, walking back towards my front door, maybe he didn't want me to get a good look at it, and that's why he made such a silly fuss. I would not have even mentioned this except for what I discovered a little later. I work out of my home and was in the middle of things, just took a quick look before they left, and didn't see any problem. I didn't even notice that my front entrance was wet (everything was wet from water dripping down). There was no need for my door to be wet, it is not siding. It is a $3000+ wooden entrance way. Later, when I came back outside to take a closer look at the work, I discovered that they had power washed my wooden entrance. At a minimum, the oils were stripped out of the wood and it will take me 5-6 hours to work it back in. At worst, the wood is ruined (I hope not!). They use some sort of ammonia solution first, before they power wash. That, of course, would be wonderful for unpainted wood. (NOT!) After noticing the damaged entrance way, I also noticed the side of my house next to the door is stained from dirty water washing down from siding above and not rinsed properly. The stain was not there before their and quot;workand quot;. As for the siding, itself? Better than before, but not still not really clean. I went with Eand R services because they got good reviews here. I will not use them again for anything. For me, they did much more harm than good! Maybe I'm the exception, but I needed to let you know my experience. Update: After I oiled the wooden entrance it looked pretty good again. Maybe no serious lasting damage was done. That would be great!

Very prompt, actually a bit early which was great. They sent 3 men and a truck and did the work efficiently and quickly. They bagged the leaves and at my request put it into my can for disposal (too heavy for me to lift). Their minimum charge is $75 and our house is definitely not small, $20 extra seemed very reasonable. The rating would have been straight A's, but they left a small quantity of leaf fragments on the grass around the house. We have used them in the past for window cleaning and will have them back for that when it gets cold and the spiders that spin webs across our windows have died. We'll have them back again for the gutters when the leaves are down for the fall, felt we couldn't wait because of the visible plants.

They did a great job. Very professional. Very prompt and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future.

They cleaned the windows adequately but were not very professional. They seemed to be in an hurry to leave as they left all the moving of the furniture they had moved to clean where it was and left it for me to put it all back. I also had to remind them that they were dripping water on the floor; they did remedy that by holding a towel under their window washing roller. I told them they could use the water hose and they did but were not neat about running the hose over the landscaping. They told me that they did something for free but I'm not sure what it was. All in all, they were nice and maybe this was just a really busy day for them but they did not do the kind of job I was expecting.

Everything went well. They were prompt and they did what they said they were going to do.

They did an excellent job. Windows sparkled. By far the best window cleaning I have had and at the most competetive price.

The process of setting up the appointment was pretty good, but not great. The individual we dealt with on the phone was not the most personable and was not interested in answering questions. However, the crews that did the work did an excellent job again. This was our 3rd time using them. The power washing crew showed up on time and did a great job. Then later in the day the window washing crew arrived and also did an excellent job We will use them again for these services.

The washers arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. They were very pleasant and the cost was as advertised. I would recommend them and will use them again.

The company employees were on time and performed the work in a professional, thorough, and prompt manner. They met all my husband's expectations.

I selected E and R after reviewing Angie's List and getting some telephone quotes. Their price was good but not the lowest. I was told the gutter crew would come Monday and the powerwash crew on Friday and that they would call before arriving. The gutter crew was supposed to arrive between 2 and 3 on Monday but I never got a call. I called at 2:30 and was told that the appointment was for Tuesday. Maybe I made a mistake but I wrote Monday on my notes from the phone call. No problem. Never got a call on Tuesday so I called at 2:30 and was told they were on their way. Sure enough they showed up in about 10 minutes. The crew asked to use my hose and did a good job. I got a call on Thursday advising that the powerwash crew would show between 2 and 4 on Friday and that they would call prior to arriving. On Friday the crew arrived at 11:15 without calling. Again, they did a good job and added the front porch without extra charge. Some touch up was needed which they did with no complaint. The work was done well but the communications with the home office regarding appointment times and call backs was not the most efficient. I would use E and R again without hesistation.

The company showed up on time. They gave me a reasonable quote and got right to work. I was very pleased

The person who took our order over the phone was polite and helpful. We were scheduled promptly. The workers arrived at least an hour early, but fortunately I was able to accommodate them. They were dressed appropriately and had the equipment they needed to do the job. The biggest problem was the workers did not speak English well enough for us to communicate with them. I could not find out from them the condition of our gutters, or where the gutters might benefit from gutter helmets. I could not verify they cleaned the downspouts, or if any of the downspouts were blocked. We did manage to pantomime to them the need to fix a minor separation in one spot on the gutter system. The workers finished in a timely manner. At first it appeared they cleaned up the material from the gutters. Later on, I found some on a path near the back of the house; still later, I noticed a partly full garbage bag they failed to remove from the front of the house. I will not use this contractor again.

Working in my basement at 0830, I suddenly hear my outside water faucet turned on. When I go outside to inspect, an Eand R Services van and some guy are in my neighbor's driveway. The man standing at the van doesn't speak or understand English and quickly runs across my yard to the far side of my house, turning the corner to my side yard to get another man (whose English is passable). He tells me they are there for and quot;Jacobsand quot; (my neighbor), but was given my house number (off from Jacobs' by one character). For some mysterious reason, despite the fact that the name and quot;Jacobsand quot; and all but one character are boldly displayed on my neighbor's mailbox, this rocket scientist thinks that one lone character is enough reason to wander my property. I call the Eand R office and Hugo listens but only apologizes for this and quot;minor misunderstanding.and quot; He did not say he was going to inform/train his workman. Didn't care when I described the situation as and quot;creepyand quot; and and quot;unprofessional.and quot; Hey Hugo, not ringing my doorbell but instead skulking around my house is no and quot;minor misunderstanding.and quot; I wonder how and quot;minorand quot; this would have been if I had confronted the trespassers with a weapon or called the police (taxpayers dollars wasted for Hugo's and quot;minor misunderstanding). Since these guys (neither wearing a uniform, in fact the one that was on my property was in shorts and a tank top) left the neighborhood within a 10 minutes I wonder is Eand R a real business or a business that carries out and quot;sideand quot; jobs of evaluating property to come back later with their cargo van and ladders.

I thought maybe just to perform a more complete service, there could have been some spots that really needed sanding because when they repainted it, it just stripped right off. And I kinda feel that people who do that know that but they didn't tell me upfront that they were gonna do that either. They did what they said they were going to do.

I called E and R about two weeks ago to ask about gutter cleaning. They answered on the first call and gave me a price that was below my first few estimates. I was able to schedule them about a week ahead. They arrived a bit earlier than the window of time they gave me, but that was no problem at all since I was planning to be home all day. They were up on the roof within a few minutes of arriving and finished within 30 minutes. They also pointed out a drainage issue that I should get looked at in front of our front door, which was helpful. I couldn't get up on the roof to actually inspect the work they did, but everything seemed great from what I can tell.

The company returned my call promptly to make an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. We made an appointment easily - they were very professional. I made the appointment for 5 PM, and they called me at 4:30 PM wondering where I was. I said the appointment was at 5 PM so I wasn't home yet. I told them to go ahead and start. When I got home, they were on the roof doing the work. I went outside to check, and the person with the hose was dragging the hose through my peonies and then across my lattice privacy fence. I yelled for him to stop. By that time, the peonies were knocked down and broken, and the fence was askew. They also knocked down and slightly broke my hydrangea bush. After I yelled, the 2nd person came down off the roof and handled the hose but the damage was already done. Also, they left huge clumps of tree debris all over the beds. When it came time to pay, one of the men rang the doorbell. I wasn't sure he spoke English so it was hard to communicate. I could be wrong. I felt like they were in a big hurry and didn't take the time to make sure they didn't hurt the landscaping. The price was right - and they got good Angies List reviews - but I will not use them again.
