They didn't call to give me an exact time until they were on their way. I arrived five minutes after the serviceman was there. He was already writing an estimate on my Scottsman household ice machine. This ice machine retails at $1,200. They said they would fix it for $648.20! I couldn't believe it. He said it needed a valve and cleaning. He said the part, a fill valve, was $200. Found out later the part was under $100. So I asked him how long to fix it. He said two hours. So I said, "So labor is over $200/hr?" He said basically take it or leave it. Called the office and their response was the same, take it or leave it. It was their mantra as I questioned him about it in disbelief. I called the Scottsman company to ask if this pricing was accurate, since they list them as a repair service on their website. They said it was way overpriced. Do not do busines with this company, unless you have no regard for money.

They came over for an hour and asked to be paid before they left. I found out that my dishwasher still did not work. I was so disgusted that I called another company to repair it. They only charged eighty dollars and fixed my dishwasher. Domino's denied that they were unable to fix the problem and never gave my money back. I would never recommend them.
