Description of Work: B&G services have been servicing my heat pump and HVAC systems for almost 25 years. They are dependable, honest, trustworthy. I only wish I could find plumbers and electricians that I like as much!!

+ -1 moreBuddy started inspecting the outside of the house before I arrived. He went over the entire house with me. He did not go up on the roof but he was able to provide an accurate estimate of the age of the roof and some comments on its condition. He took notes with an audio recorded and took pictures. He also uses tools to check the electrical, check for gas leaks, moisture, etc. After the inspection he uploaded his photos and put them together with his typed up notes into a rather lengthy report. I found the report especially helpful because I have a bad memory and it will remind me of the work that needs to be done after I move in.
Description of Work: Provided a home inspection of a 1950 single family home. Termite inspection is included in the price. Emailed a report to me the same day.
