They did a good job. They were nice and on time.

They initially brought 3 people to do the first cleaning-it took 2.5 hours and they worked very hard. The follow-up cleanings are much faster and efficient.

I purchased a house in June and moved from my rental house of six years. As part of lease close out requirements from the rental we had to have the carpets for the entire house professionally cleaned. Ash Maids provided me with the best price and didn't have any "hidden" charges like some other companies did. The carpet cleaners arrived on time and did an excellent job. Both were polite and professional. The carpets looked almost like new when they were finished.

Girls that came from Ash Maids of Maryland. They did not clean my bathrooms. They left the toilet tab in the powder room dirty. They only pretended that they cleaned my house. Very sloppy job. I am really very unhappy and disappointed

I found the company to be very professional. I had to reschedule 2 times and the company was very cooperative and tolerant. My address is recorded wrong in Angie's List and, on the day of the service, the cleaning professional did not arrive on time. Upon calling Ash Maids and realizing this, I apologized for this error. The company representative was very polite and immediately rescheduled my service. The cleaning professional did a great job, was also very polite and focused on her work.

They did a good job but I had to follow up finding out about when they were going to come. They came and left; I did not really talk to them much. They did what they said they were going to.

I chose to have my housed cleaned by a maid service only becasue I've been ill for several weeks and the house needed to be cleaned. It appears my definition of "deep cleaning," and the maid services definition are two different things. My oven was in need of cleaning, the young lady cleaned most of the bottom and sides of the oven. She did not clean the oven door. To get a FULLY CLEANED oven. I had to finish the cleaning myself. I was told the maids would mop the floors, not just run a wet mop across the floors. Nor did the maids clean the floors behind the toilets or in the corners of the bathrooms. I also told the maids not to clean a specific bedroom. However the bedroom was cleaned - furniture dusted, mirros cleaned and floor vaccummed. I belive the room was cleaned due to a language barrier between myself and the maids. Don't advertise a "deep cleaning" unless you mean deep cleaning. I understanding the type of cleaning I wanted is described as "move in/out" cleaning. The house has to be empty - free of furniture. I guess you get what you pay for. If there is a maid service who offers a "deep cleaning" while there is furniture still in the house please contact me right away.

Everything about the service was great. They were very thorough and even stayed past when they needed to. Their service was great. They were to notch as far as my experience.

The one thing that I noticed was that they really do a surface cleaning not really moving anything around. I paid for them to clean out my fridge but it wasn't done. They did not get the dust webs out of the corners. Overall I will give them a C because they were very pleasant. I am having them come out every three weeks so I maybe in time they will do a better job. I feel that I overpaid because my house is really small but I guess that must be the going rate. If I did not work so much I would be able to clean my own house. But for now I will be using Ash Maid's service.

We called Ash Maids of Maryland on Monday and were able to schedule a cleaning on Wednesday of the same week. The manager Mo, responded to all of my requests on the phone and via email very quickly. The cleaning personal arrived within the allotted time and did an excellant job. They truly went above and beyond. We purchased the 5 room deal via Angie's List and I spoke to Mo about cleaning a sectional. As my daughter described it, they made the carpets and couch look new. Some companies would have counted my master bedroom as 2 rooms, but Ash Maids of Maryland, did not. They do not pennie pinch and try there best to make the customer happy. We are a very happy customers and have already passed along their number to friends.

The work was horrible. The house is a rental property and was empty and they didn't even have to move anything. I sent them to redo the bathroom (3) times. They hadn't dusted the light fixtures and even after asking them, they only cleaned half. They didn't clean the fan and had to send them back for that. I also had them re-clean the kitchen and ceiling fans and the top of the refrigerator. I asked them to get cobwebs in the corner of a living room and they ended up leaving without telling me and not tending to the cobwebs.They were very unprofessional. They went over the time requested but only because they had to keep going back to items that were not fully cleaned. It was a horrible experience and I would never call them again. When I called a manager to inform them of my bad experience, she was very rude. The management was horrible.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They worked quickly but efficiently.

On time, took appropriate amount of time. Job completed satisfactory, but pricing could have been better.
