They did a good job. They did a good job, nothing particularly special but perfectly competent. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal cost of $289.

They're friendly and professional. They also were timely and handy and it was really good.

Ash Maids & workers do an excellent job. They are thorough. They go the extra miles. They are also trustworthy. They charge $135 per square foot.

The same team comes to my house each time. Angeles and Maria are excellent, friendly, polite, hard-working--a pleasure to have in the house. They do an outstanding job and always ask if everything is okay before they leave. Although I am usually home when they come, they do have a key and I am completely comfortable with them being in the house when I am not.

I didn't hear back from them at all. The Big Deal is now expired so I need to have it refunded.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. They did a good job, came on time and were in and out. My interaction with them was fine although I wish they had spoken more English. It was a Hispanic work crew and they did not speak much English so it was difficult to communicate with them. I spent $75 above the price of the deal because they said what I was requesting was a little more than the deal covered.

Not better or worse than any other cleaning service. So if the price is right, they're fine.

The initial cleaning was supposed to be 4 hours each for 2 maids. The maids arrived 1 to 2 hours late and then left early. Upon arriving home expecting my home to be thoroughly cleaned, i discovered that only 1 level of my 3 level home had been cleaned. Once I called Ash Maids, I discovered that they had left after 2.25 hours. As I spoke to the receptionist, trying to figure out why they not only left my home 2/3 uncleaned but also why did they leave prior to completing their 4 hours, I became to get the "well they only are supposed to work 4 hours" in which I said "I know, they arrived at 1:45pm and left at 4pm and this is unacceptable." After seemingly getting nowhere, I decided to pull the card that the company I worked for also used their services and I would hate for this lack of professionalism to effect their or business. After that they sent the maids back out to complete the cleaning even if it took them more than the scheduled time was supposed to allow. Things were a lot better on the 2nd and 3rd cleaning however, I will probably go back to using my regular cleaning lady but in instances when she is not available, I could see me using Ash Maids again although my wife would prefer not to.

Two individuals worked & cleaned every room, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, ect.

Emily and her team arrive on time, clean, and do excellent thorough job. Some initial glitches with office. Once resolved no other issues. Affordable, reliable, good service, available, flexible, and they accommodate your schedule.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for three sessions of professional cleaning from Ash Maids for my two-story rowhouse. I was promised two hours of cleaning from two-person team. The team arrived late for two of the three cleanings and did not stay for the full two hours. In addition, the team that they sent spoke so little English that they could not understand the verbal instructions that I gave them upon arrival. They mixed trash with recycling and compost despite my specific instructions not to do anything with our trash. They failed to clean the areas that I specifically asked them to pay close attention to. My infant daughter was home with a cold for one of the cleanings, and I asked them to wait to vacuum until she woke up from her nap. Instead, they vacuumed just outside her bedroom door (not even downstairs first!) and woke her up. The cleaning crew was also reckless, dropping a broom down my stairs and knocking an antique piece of art off my wall. I will never use Ash Maids again.

I purchased a deal on Angles list for a 4 hour 2 man deep cleaning followed by 2 two hour 2 man cleanings. Each time they did not spend the time I paid for. The women worked very fast to their credit, which I guess is acceptable for a weekly cleaning if they do the work in less time. But for the deep cleaning the items the ad stated would be done (eg cleaning kitchen drawers etc) were not done and they only stayed less than the 4 hours. Also as they cleaned the items that they moved were not put back in the same place.

Saw a good review so I contacted them and 2 others. Condo was empty awaiting move out cleaning so new tenants could move in. Renovations had been done so I mentioned the place would be dusty. They were the first to respond, said they'd do all the tasks I'd listed and had availability the next day so I selected them. I'm not certain what was done in 2 hrs on the first day other than vacuuming of wood floors and cleaning of 1 bathroom. The team lead who called was very rude to my husband. My husband then called me at work to say the team was leaving or would charge us for additional time but the work was incomplete. Plumber was also onsite so I understand the kitchen sink couldn't be cleaned but the wood floors in the bedrooms were dusty, sawdust covered the baseboards and all windowsills were dirty. Office manager, Mo, was very polite and accommodating. He offered to have the team return to clean the kitchen, windows and re-do floors the following morning; anything to make the customer happy. This was nice but I had to call off work to let them in/ensure work was satisfactory on a second day because tasks weren't completed on the first day. They said they couldn't get the grease off the cupboard door or get the oven clean. After they'd gone, I realized the white walls had sawdust on them. The work was decent but I'd expected the place to sparkle when they were done.

The first was supposed to be a 4-hour deep clean, including kitchen cabinet facings. They were supposed to be at our house between 2-4 pm. We arrived home at 1:30 from a doctor's appointment, and they were waiting for us. They stayed 2 hours, not 4 and they missed a lot of things I would have expected from a "deep clean," including corners, baseboards, behind the furniture, and they didn't do the cabinet doors. I wrote to them and talked to the manager about all of this. He apologized and said they could send out a new crew right away to do the deep cleaning. He was very professional and responsive. I decided to wait and have them do it at the second cleaning. For that one, they came 30 or more minutes after the window they gave me and again stayed for 2 hours. They did a better job of cleaning, but the cabinet doors still went untouched. At that point, I just decided to give up on it and have them do the third cleaning without saying anything. The third time they were on time and did an adequate job. All three visits were with different crews and none of them did the deep and spotless cleaning I was hoping for. But this was my first time hiring a cleaning crew, so perhaps my expectations were too high. I'm also disappointed that the toilet in one of our bathrooms is no longer working after their last visit (when it was prior). I will probably try some other companies and hope for a better experience rather than use this one again. Though they were all very nice.

This went great. They were professional and accommodating. We left a key for them and they did a fantastic job.

Two ladies cleaned my home for 1 1/2 hours. The less clutter the more that can be accomplished. They cleaned 1 full bath and 1/2 bath, vacuumed and cleaned the surfaces in the kitchen. They did a fine job. | |We needed to call the ladies' supervisor to explain what I needed done. Suggest you think through what you want done and explain any thing that has to be done a certain way up front.

The Ash Maids team was very punctual, and did an outstanding job cleaning the house in preparation for renters. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and the carpet cleaning was performed with a truck mounted unit that made the carpet look like new. I would highly recommend Ash Maids if you are moving out of your house and don't have the time to clean up.

The first day that Ash Maids came to my house they (2 women) arrived about an 1 after their expected time and were supposed to clean for 4 hours each, however they only cleaned for 2 to 2.25 hours which resulted in only my top level of a 3 level home being cleaned. When I arrived home expecting to be greeted by a clean home after spending my money, I discovered it looking the exact same as it did when I left that morning. Once seeing this, I gave them a call expressing my extreme displeasure with their services and after they tried to use the excuse of "well they are only supposed to clean for 4 hours" i let them know I was fully aware and that they had only cleaned for a little over 2 and aside from that, if someone pays them to clean their home, it should never be left as if it were untouched. After speaking to the owner, he expressed his sincere apology and had them come back a day or two later and when they completed their return to my home, I was much more satisfied than the previous visit.

They did excellent work and were very courteous. I especially liked how well they cleaned and disinfected the bathrooms and kitchens. The got all the black off the grout and polished all the appliances in the kitchen. very good work.

The cleaning staff were very friendly but we had a hard time communicating because I don't speak Spanish and they spoke very little English. The quality of the cleaning was mixed. Some things were excellent and others left us scratching our heads and cleaning after they left. For example, one time they didn't sweep the kitchen floor thoroughly before mopping, which meant we needed to sweep after. Another time they didn't sweep or mop the bathroom floor. Once we had to wipe down all the furniture because it was very greasy from too much dusting cleaner. Each time they did something with our trash and recycling that didn't make sense (e.g., putting our recycling in with the trash, taking out the trash but not tying the bags or consolidating mostly empty bags). Ultimately, we decided to cancel the recurring cleanings and go back to doing it ourselves for the time being. I've emphasized the negative aspects, but overall, each time they did leave our house much cleaner and they took the feedback I gave each time so that they didn't make the same mistakes twice. Also, the office was very responsive. However, I do wish that they had more of a built-in reminder system to tell me the day before a scheduled cleaning and remind me of the scheduled arrival window. One time I had exchanged an email to change the arrival time from 10-12 to 8-10. I got an email back confirming the new time. Then when the day came, I called them at 10am because no one had showed. Turned out they still had me down for 10-12. I'd been waiting around for two hours, adjusted my schedule for the day, and then they ended up coming at about 10:15.

On time. Pretreated the heaviest soiled areas. Steamed clean the carpet. Did a second time over the dirtiest parts. Looks great.

I called the company after researching a Big Deal for 4-hrs of cleaning by a 3-member crew. I was told that the coupon could not apply, but that they would give me a discount due to my membership and perform the cleaning. I described that the house was vacant with new carpet, and construction dust present. She assured me that they were experienced in deep cleanings and recommended 3-hours and 2 people for $175. The crew showed up ;ate after teh Owner called and said they were running behind. They arrived 35 mins late. They came in with little equipment and few cleaning products which was a red flag. They surveyed the house and then said they would start upstairs. I stuck around in the bottom level awaiting any questions they may have even though I explained to the Owner what was needed. They never asked any questions. After 2.5 hrs they came and told me that they didn't have enough time to finish and that they had another appt. They had not touched teh bottom level yet. Long story short they proceeded to speak with the office via their cell phone, she called me and explained that they were out of time. I told her that I bought 3 hours and they had only been there 2.5 and that they had completed work that they weren't supposed to (no need to clean/vacuum brand new carpets upstairs). She agreed after much back and forth and they proceeded (reluctantly) to clean the main level and basement. I watched them as they threw bleach to the floor and 'mopped' it around without much effort to clean stains. They sprayed the counter tops, stove, microwave, etc. all with the same 'solution'. They rushed downstairs to the tile floor and threw more bleach there. I noticed then that the mop being used was filthy and rusty. They then told me they were done. I went back to the main level to check the kitchen and fixtures - some were dripping with wet dirt, fixtures remained dusty, cabinets remained greasy, the tile floor remained dirty, and they literally mopped around a paint can that was there! I spoke with teh office again as they tried to leave, and she sent then back in. By that point the two ladies were visibly upset and speaking loudly in Spanish to one another. Good thing I understood 1/2 of their complaints.....The job was terribly performed for a 'deep', move-out cleaning. Their products and efforts are insufficient, and they have no clue how to render decent customer service or estimates. STAY AWAY!!!

William showed up early which thrilled me and did an excellent job. Very polite and very efficient.
