This was truly a problem I have used this company about 4 times because of the close location to my house. I have yet to get service at the time that it was scheduled for. The last 2 times Roger has come to my home was the last straw, he came out the first time because of AC not putting out cold air I was told it needed freon ($150) and a part changed (don't rember the exact name of the part). The unit worked for a while about 24 hours but once the house cooled to temp and automatically shut itself off the would unit would trip the breaker and I would have to reset it. Roger came back to my house one week later and added the same amount of freon ($100) and did not remember he added freon the first time and charged me $50 less than the first freon addition. That alone raised some eyebrows, he came back a third time to take a look and said that he wanted to add some data monitor to see if the amps from the unit was causing this problem and of course he never came back to the house. He scheduled a 1-2 appt to come add the monitor and I got a call at 545 that afternoon. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Not happy with the serivce and definitely not happy with the work. I will never use this company again and I suggest if you do make sure you have a back up plan because you will need it. This has caused more problems to my unit and electical box in my house because he kept telling me to reset the breaker and of course it burned out. Which cost me more money to hire an electrician.
Description of Work: Unit was not putting out cold air provider came out and changed a part and also added freon. Unit stopped working after that he came back to add as much freon as he did on the first trip.

Description of Work: I have used this company for years. Roger and his son are professional and their work is excellent. They have replaced my water heater, air conditioner, heat furnace, and performed annual maintence checks on my heating and air conditioner units. I was referred to them by my home warranty company. A few years back, when I had my air conditioner repaired, the unit wasn't worth repairing and the home warranty company requested that he make another repair instead of replacing the unit. Roger went to bat for me to get the company to purchase another unit instead of continuing to make the repairs. This went along ways with me. I received a new air conditioner. Roger really cares about his customers and fully explains the work being performed. Him and his son are really thorough with their work and have been in business for years. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for punctuality because they were a little delayed a few times, but the situation was beyond their control. They stay really busy and sometimes get stuck at other jobs which is beyond their control. Only a few times I had to wait a little longer for my scheduled appointment, but not at all a big deal, their work is truly top notch and totally worth it! I would and have recommended this company to my friends. My co-worker had problems with her air conditioner and had already spent a lot of money with another contractor and it still had not been repaired. I referred her to Roger. Roger fixed the problem in one hour and she didn't have to pay anything additional to the deductible under her home warrantly. The other contractor she used in the past was going to charge her double to fix a problem that wasn't so. We are both pleased with A Absolute Air.
