Description of Work: Fredi Aguilar came to my house and looked at the work I wanted done (soffit vents). He then send me a quote a few days later. I agreed to the offer and asked when he could start. He never responded to my email. I called him and he said he'd come do the work within a 1-2 weeks, which was at least 3 weeks ago. I guess he doesn't want the job. Now I have find someone else.

Description of Work: I would give Fredi an A+ for the work he did, repairing my poorly constructed soffit area. I am currently hoping to have him back to clean out my gutters and do some work on an area of my roof that may have some design issues. Fredi was the FOURTH contractor (in 10 years) that I had work on my soffit/gutter problem. The water had run OVER the gutters where they dipped in the middle of the roof line. Even a new roof and larger gutters did not solve this problem. The contractor who installed the gutters would not make repairs; I am guessing it was because they did not know how/what the problem was. The roofing contractor said it was the gutter man's fault, and - you guessed it - the gutter man said it was the roofing guy's fault. Fredi diagnosed the problem, and his workmen put in a very long day, repairing the improperly built soffit area. They took down the gutters, did the repairs, carefully re-installed the gutters and then put on gutter covers that I had purchased. They may even have wrapped some of my trim, but I can't remember. Anyway, for the first time in years and years, the gutter actually functioned properly. They were the most polite and conscientious of any of the workmen I had here (previously). The cost was MUCH better than some of the estimates I received at the time, and they really knew what they were doing. I can not currently locate the bill, and I don't remember the date. I only have his business card, and the number responds with, "The person you have called is unavailable right now. Please call again later." If any one has any recent information, could you please post it? Thanks.

Description of Work: I contacted the company to get an estimate. The first time I called, there was no answer, just ringing. The second time I tried, the answer machine picked up and I left a message. However, I never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Repaired ceiling that had collapsed after water damage Fredi Aquilar was the first to respond after my roof and ceiling were damaged by a hurricane - he came out on a Sunday the same day as my ceiling caving in- Although I went with a larger company for the external roofing Fredi and his staff did an excellent job on repairing the ceiling - the only roofers who also offered this service The price was reasonable and the workers went out of their way to protect floor/furniture and clean up after the job Very satisfied with this experience
