+ -1 moreI arrived at Universal Appliance Outlet at 9:00 A.M., when the store opened. Universal Appliance is located in a strip shopping center with a modicum of parking spaces. The day before I arrived I was told via the telephone that the store had several 27" electric laundry centers for sale. In reality, there was one laundry center available and that laundry center was dirty and looked as if it had never been reconditioned. I left Universal Appliance Outlet with no intention of ever returning. Lastly, Universal Appliance Outlet has one of the filthiest, dirtiest , urine soaked floor bathrooms I have ever encountered. .
Description of Work: I went to Universal Appliance Outlet seeking to replace a 27" electrical laundry center [ stacked washer & dryer].
