I received excellent service and they paid great attention to detail. The closets are customized and built off-site nd then they install it. So there was not a huge mess.

My design consultant Eileen was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a close that would fit my needs. The install was very fast and the finished closets are very nice

I converted a bedroom to a dressing room and worked with the designer to come up with a design. Once installed, some adjustments were needed on one side, Closet America was easy to work with on the matter and quickly took care of things

Outstanding

I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured.

I compared prices with several other companies. This company was not only the most reasonable but gave me their bottom line from the first. The company listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. Where there were odd places they built the areas accordingly rather than trying to get something pre-built to fit. They were extremely professional. They worked cleanly and were very pleasant to have around. I am exceptionally happy with the final product.

Nyasha was the service rep from Closet America who listened attentively to my needs and devised a closet storage system for each of my 11 closets. She did a superb job of following up promptly with designs and projected cost and amended the proposal to be within my budget. I would recommend her highly!

Great experience

I love my new closet! It was easy to create all the features with the designer. She had great storage ideas and we were able to find a place for all my shoes!

It took about two months to finally get my closet installed. Workmanship and quality was well worth the wait. Stephan and Even were working hard from beginning to end. Worked about 7hrs straight without a break. Couldn't get over how heavy and well made the shelves and doors were. You may pay a little more, but it is worth it. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

I was absolutely pleased with the process and end results. I would definitely recommend.
