The consultant was great. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed to have in my closet space. I am however doing this rating prior to the actual work being done- job not to be installed until 11/14. I wish that had more immediate openings, rather than waiting 6 weeks.

My experience with Closest America has been 5 stars from beginning to end. From the design expert - who listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and didn't push me for something I didn't want - to the installers who actually SWEPT UP after the installation (there was some minor cutting that left a light amount of dust/debris on the floor, to the follow-up call the next day. My daughter absolutely LOVES her new closet which wasn't part of my initial inquiry and the design expert was able to create a closet that holds much more of her clothing than before. It's a very small guest bedroom size closet (about 4'w by 1.5'd by 8'h). I don't worry that the shelves in the pantry are going to collapse and cans sit on the smooth flat shelving unlike the wire racks that were in there before. My grocery shopping is much more efficient because I can easily see what I need as far as pantry goods unlike before. This was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination and an estimate that I received for a similar style from another company was cheaper. However, the design estimate was not exactly what I wanted for either the pantry or the daughter's closet, nor was the sales experience and I believe that often you get what you pay for. The installed product from Closet America makes me feel like I got every penny's worth and I and very happy I chose to do business with them.

Quality of product is far superior to anything I've seen at Lowe's or Home Depot. Unfortunately, that brings with it a far superior cost as well. That said, the sales person was fantastic and knowledgable and the install team was amazing!

I was very impressed with Ruth who came out and helped me build a closet. I am very excited about the closet it will be here in a few weeks. I like the fact that they are a local company and give the customer a outstanding warranty and guarantee on their work Thank you.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. The consultation was painless and pressure-free. I also loved the fact that they are a local company. The installation of three closets took about half the time that I expected. Happy to have found another winner through Home Advisor!

EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH... I have never been more pleased with an installation or service provider, than I am with Closet America. This entire installation really blew me away. Our sales person was great, customer service was excellent, but I was especially amazed by the professionalism that the installers (Mike and Diego) exhibited. To say they work as a "well oiled machine" does not begin to describe the installation. Other companies say they will treat your home as they would their own, but they really need to take a lesson from Mike and Diego. The speed and efficiency used by these 2 installers showed me what proficiency is all about. Overall, my experience with Closet America was top-notch. I have never been more please with a purchase, as I am with my closet installation. I can honestly say that this was money well spent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I spoke with the designer who came out to propose the restructure of my 2 closets. However, I called a couple days later expressing dissatisfaction of the materials provided and asked to cancel contract. The supervisor (Casey) spoke with me on the phone about my issues and said that she would personally oversee this project and have a designer in the office work on this project. This was a week or two ago, and I have never heard from anymore from Closet America since! Very dissatisified!

Very professionaly done with their excellent professionlist. The money payed off, the quality of work I got. I would recommend to any one who thinks organization is important in daily activity.

Although the price tag was higher than expected. You get what you pay for. The closet system is very well constructed, sturdy, and very beautiful. I absolutely love my walk-in closet system.

The entire experience from beginning to end was professional.

The representative, during the initial consultation, down to the installer were very professional, friendly and courteous. On the day of install, the representative covered my carpet w/a cloth tarp all of the way up, to the 3rd level of my home. The installation was completed under the required time and I was very satisifed with the results. Which is a big deal, since I am a very meticulous and detail oriented person.
