Description of Work: We had walk-in bedroom closet shelving put in. The rep visited, scanned everything with very precise measurements and suggested options. The rep considered my wife's sizable shoe collection, and my extra-tall clothes when custom designing the space. A week or two later, an installer came in and quickly and professionally installed the designed shelves. The material is very high quality, looks great, and will probably last much longer than anything we could have installed from a home improvement store.

Description of Work: Jasmine came out to meet with my wife and I to redesign our 1 walk-in and 2 reach-in closets. She took detailed measurements, asked what we were looking for, and then got to work designing the closet systems. | |She showed us the 3D renderings on the computer, and gave us a price quote. We did a few rounds of revision based on our feedback to the designs. Ultimately, we were extremely happy with her work, and she designed some fantastic spaces for us. She set up our install appointment and reminded us we needed to have all the closets emptied out before the installer arrived. | |Our installer showed up on-time, did a great job installing all the closet systems. They are really sturdy, and look great. Everything is very adjustable, but we have not needed to make any changes to the original designs. | |Overall we are very happy with Closet America, and would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others. Great to work with, and the end results are top-notch!

Description of Work: They installed 8 custom closet systems. During the final inspection, it was evident that there was a mis-understanding about 1. They got back to me in 2-3 days and agreed to come and re-install it within a week. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home. I have a few more closets that I will call them for later this year.

Description of Work: I hired Closet America to custom-fit pantry shelving into a closet under the stairs in my house. The closet is an odd shape so needed careful measurement and shelving that would be easily accessible in the fairly cramped space. Closet America sent a designer to do the measuring, which was flawless. She discussed options with me and I settled on the sturdiest shelving since I planned to load it with cans and boxes. Not surprisingly, that was also the priciest option. The salesperson designed the pantry on her laptop, offering me multiple design options along the way. We finalized the design and a couple of weeks later the tech came out to do the install, which was quick and professional. The shelving is perfect for a pantry, very adjustable and deliberately shallow so that I can see exactly what is there. I am exceptionally pleased with the pantry and with Closet America, and would happily hire them again. |

Description of Work: I purchased a town home that had poorly designed closets, kitchen storage, and a general lack of space. I don't enjoy clutter and extra furniture in my rooms. So, I hired this company to redesign my closets, add storage to the living room, and a wonderful pantry to the kitchen. Afterward, the bed rooms remained spacious (not necessarily clutter-free as I don't always put things away promptly) and comfortable. As to the kitchen and living room, the added storage enabled me to keep things clutter-free. As to the job--the company was very courteous, diligent, and efficient in getting it done. I like the fact that the company will send someone out to change or remove storage for a small fee and that the warranty is extended to the next owner of the home.

Description of Work: Using Closet America was just one of many home renovation projects I have undertaken since April 1, 2013--so, without going through many, many records, I am approximating both date of service and cost. Closet America was not only prompt, but also very patient -- because they were ready to install before I had the room repainted and the floor refinished--so, I had to delay implementation until this part of the room renovation was accomplished. Having a virtual view of what the finished product would look like was, indeed, helpful, since we had to work around the fact that one wall could not be used due to window and heating vent placement. Not to worry; it turned out beautifully and I have so much hanging space! In fact, they were very amenable to a last-minute change I suggested and incorporated it into the finished project. The installation representative was thorough, efficient and very polite. It is important to stress that the finished "closet room" is not only very useful -- but also very pretty, as I put a beautiful rug and lamp in that room to add ambiance. I would definitely recommend Closet America to everyone in the market for such a project.

Description of Work: CLOSET AMERICA DESIGNED AND INSTALLED A WARDROBE STORAGE SYSTEM FOR A 12FT. WALL IN A SMALL SPARE BEDROOM.

Description of Work: They transformed an awkward loft space into a dressing room with a wall of shelving which included open and closed shelving as well as shoe shelves. They aso did a large island with drawers. It is both functional and attractive! The design phase was a lot of fun and there were many options to choose from.
