Robert was punctual, pleasant. He covered the floors with covering and carried all of his equipment upstairs. He was fast and efficient and cleaned up behind himself. He was very pleasant and he explained everything to me when he was done.

The installers called in advance which I really appreciated it. They were quick and did a great job.

Mr Mauricio and Mr Zach arrived on time, introduced themselves and preformed outstanding. Closet looks awesome. Bravo Zulu!

Roy called ahead the morning of install to give us his time of arrival. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and executed the install in a timely manor. He was very respectful of our home. Upon completion, he thoroughly explained the closet system and how it can be adjusted. He allowed us time to ask any questions.

Overall install went well. Initially there was a hiccup with an existing electrical outlet which the technician quickly remedied. I was working from home on the install day and had minimal disruptions due to noise. Both technicians were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how to use and maintain new closets.

Fantastic! Carla designed the system with a state of the art computer program making adjustments as we went. She helped with suggestions to keep the cost down. John, the installer, was right on time, very pleasant. He did a beautiful job and walked us through the system when he was finished. We couldn't be more pleased. A great experience from start to finish.
