I had used them before to do some projects for the upstairs. They are very professional.

First the good. The people at the company were very pleasant to deal with. The installer was very good. They were very punctual. The not so good. 1. Sales Pitch. During the initial meeting they show you examples of their pressboard and try to convince you how much better it is than everyone elses, how superior their hardware is and all the awards they have received. And lets not forget their double lifetime guarantee. Next they proceed to design your closet. Then they play a game with you trying to get you to guess how much your install might cost now that you know the great quality you are going to get. They give you estimates of what a cabinet maker would charge and how much a custom install from others would be. Their cost was twice as high as I had guessed they would be. And their estimates for custom work about 3x higher than I know it is, because I've had custom work done in the past. They came down a little on their price and I bit. Big mistake. 2. After the install I noticed I had less room than I anticipated. Although the design was nice, it was completely inefficient. They had but drawers in the middle of a shelf that left unusable space on both sides. I called and they agreed to change the design. During the change rather than use one new board the decided to recycle an old board that now had holes on the wrong side. The installer called them about this also but that's what he was told to use. 3. It's been over 6 months now and when I tried to move some of the shelves the little plastic pieces that lock into the press board came out and stuck on the pegs in the vertical boards. I called then on this and they said that's normal. Pretty unbelieveable. So much for the quality hardware. To be honest, They didn't do a bad job and for about 1/3 of what I paid I would have been happy. It's basically some pressboard shelves, of Ikea quality, very well installed. At a huge premium price. Nothing more. If I had to do it over I would go with Ikea when they have their organizer stuff in the store. You get 3x more for your money and comparable quality. The funny thing is they do all these surveys. I tell them my experience, they say thank-you and that's it. Oh well...

I had a good experience with them, they did a good job. Everything went fine, from the sales to the actual completion. They were very efficient, and they did a quality job. It looks good. There were very minor things that I would like to see different with the construction, but I was happy 99.99%. I was happy with them. They don't just do closets, they made an entertainment center for my TV, with some storage drawers in it. You get a 3 dimensional picture on their computer of what the finished product would look like. The nice part about it, is that if I move, they will come and move it for me. They were grade A in all aspects. I don't have any complaints from any angle. The sales person was very knowledgeable. I wanted them to come out and do another job for me, but they said it was too small.

We wanted to organize the laundry area. With all the cleaning supplies in there, I wanted to have a closet where I can hide them and the laundry detergents too. The kids' closets are always a mess, so I decided to have the closets built by CA.

The whole experience was excellent. The designer was very knowledgeable and incorporated our requests into her design. The "flow" in the closet is much easier for my husband and me to navigate as we share the small space. The installer was adept and knew exactly what he was doing. Both the designer and the installer were pleasant, considerate, and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the product and results, and highly recommend this company.

They provided a professional design and installation. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for this type of work.

From start to finish these people were wonderful. The designer took careful measurements and took note of the specific sizes of bins and boxes I was storing in one closet. In the other closet, the master bedroom closet, we discussed my needs and he came up with a very efficient design. That closet is a step-in closet as opposed to a walk-in closet. When the installer arrived, he was very careful and meticulous and everything fit perfectly. The quality of materials is superior and the closet components are manufactured nearby. Both of the people who came to my condo from Closet American were careful to remove their shoes upon entering and were very courteous and helpful. These closets are expensive though. You do get what you pay for.

Representative was awesome, the installer was great and cleaned up afterwards. He explained how to use additional accessories that my daughter had added to her closet. The materials used were top notch. My 0nly issue was price. although a great product, it was really pricey.

Closet America did a beautiful design and the installation was quick, very professional, and looks terrific. The crew was superb, and Allie, the designer even came by to supervise the installation. Highly recommended!

Closet America completely updated my closet. The design phase was very informative. The actual finished product was outstanding. They provided upper and lower shelving and shoe racks. I also was provided with lower storage. Their products are of the highest quality

I did two installations: one in 2011 and a second in 2013 to add on to the first installation. Each time the whole process went very well and I continue to be very happy with the storage system. I worked with a different designer each time and both were very good, very easy to work with, and made sure all my needs were met. They scheduled both installations to suit my schedule, showed up on time, completed the job the same day, and cleaned up the work area before they left. The storage system is nice looking and I have had no problems with it.

The estimator who came out was very thorough and explained everything in detail, even saying we could change our minds at the last minute. We signed up and they came when scheduled, did the work as described and cleaned up beautifully. Our new closet has changed our lives..we are now organized! Although it was a little pricey it was in the market with all the other closet companies we interviewed. Well worth the money!

They turned an empty space into a closet and dressing room. They were very helpful and the product is very good.

Loved the consultation with Ben. He was insightful and listened to what I wanted. Customer service called later to schedule the install and asked if I minded being on a short list if something came available earlier...I was called to have the install moved up by 4 days. Jeremy did the install and explained everything as it was going along even had to compete with my time with other movers. He continued to work and exceeded my expectation. I would recommend Closet America to others.

The designer did a great job maximizing the small space. It seems like we have so much more room. The installer was very friendly & professional.

The project went well. I got what I asked for. John the salesman was very courteous and helpful.

After meeting with Jennifer for the consult, my husband and I knew that we were going to use Closet America for our closets. We didn't get any other estimates but knew that the product was good quality. A little more expensive but well worth it. Jennifer helped us figure out the best way to organize each closet which made things very easy. We were then sent a PDF of each closet. Someone contacted us to double check that we wanted to go through with the install. The day the closets were installed went just as easy as everything else. It took about 4 hrs to install and then afterwards the gentleman showed me how to change the shelves around if I needed to. Overall, we couldn't be more happy with our closets.

Knowledgeable staff all around from the first representative that gave us the initial consultation to the installation crew. It was a smooth operation from start to finish. Everything was done to our specifications. The designer was very patient with all our changes and additions as the design was being made. She made valuable suggestions, but didn't impose anything on us. It truly was a wonderful experience. Our unit looks great. We couldn't be more satisfied.

They were very professional from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the process in that we always knew where we were at. The installation was perfect and you could tell that the installer was very well-trained/experienced. The quality of the product is good and the pricing is fair considering the installation. One of the best companies I have dealt with. They really cared about doing a quality job and had the systems/training in place to ensure that all of their employees had this goal. Their design process is very helpful to get a customized product that exactly fits our needs. I would highly recommend them.

The entire project went well from design to installation.

Dealing with Closet America was like dealing with a car salesman. They constantly were badgering and pressuring us and tried to make sure that both my husband and I were home when they came. They lost a $3000 contract because of that and I went with a different company.

Heather came out and took the measurements and put down a design for our closet. We had interviewed other closet companies but I was impressed with the quality. She came in again and measured it again after we installed our flooring in the closet. The installer came in on May 10 and he was wonderful. He was nice, quick, clean and very professional. The whole process was super easy and great.

Heather came to our house on March 11 to give us an estimate to replace the exisitng walk-in closet for the master bedroom. We interviewed other closet installers also, but Closet America was the best. She spent extensive time with me, making sure that she addressed all my concerns, while keeping the cost in mind. She was able to give me a 3D drawing of how the completed closet would look. The came on April 18 to perform the work. Meanwhile we had hired another contractor to remove the old closet, spackel and finish the walls, painting it and replacing the floor with a hickory wood floor. When done, everything was absolutely beautiful! We're very pleased!

I had four reach in closets designed and installed by Closet America. I have been using the new closet systems for a few weeks now and am very happy with the product. In my original design I chose hanging rods that were lower that I realized I wanted once the closet system was installed but the company came back a week later and readjusted everything at no charge, which was appreciated. (Note: This was not a design flaw; I just realized I wanted something different - less shelf space and a higher hanging space - once the system was installed and I started using it.) Both the designer and the installer were very easy to work with. My only issue with my closets (which is not one the company can fix) is that I wish the baskets came in a width smaller than 18 inches and that the belt holder was not as wide (the width of it takes up a lot more hanging space than I realized), but these are only issues because my closets are small, I don't think they would be issues at all in a larger closet. And, for the record, I love having the baskets in my closet! Thank you! -Carrie
