The design team was very helpful with multiple ideas. They followed up with additional suggestions. the installation crew called ahead and arrived on time. The end result is beyond expectations. It is worth every penny spent.

From the design to the install, all employees were thorough & professional. We needed things to be completed quickly. They tore out closets and replaced them all in less than 2 days.

They did such an amazing job that I am getting them to do 5 more closets for me. Now I am getting them to do the cabinets in my pantry, laundry room and closets in my bedroom. They are really good. Their customer service is amazing. The knowledge of the employees is exceptional. The quality of the work is very good. They follow up on everything, they understand the needs of their customers and they are very patient with their clients and everything about them is very good. They are expensive but the quality of their work is very good.

Closet America is professional and personal at the same time. They work with you creatively and I got my home more organized.

The installer was on time (actually early) and did a fantastic job! He left the space clean and gave me a good estimate of the time it would take for completion. I plan to use Closet America for my laundry room and linen closet. They did an amazing job!

Closet America was very prompt in contacting us. They also negotiated with us and were flexible in their scheduling. Their cost seems a bit high, but for the final product we got, we are happy.

Walk in closet installation Freddy (installer) was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. He was respectful of our home and spread floor protectors before he carried the materials to our closet. HIs work was meticulous and he cleaned up before he left. My closet is gorgeous - what a transformation. The materials and hardware are lovely. Jennifer's measuring and recommendations were spot on perfect. I am thrilled and will use Closet America to overhaul our pantry next.

Very professional, the designer was a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art. After the initial visit I sent many emails back and forth to the designer's assistant, to tweak the designs. We came up with the perfect design, she was wonderful to work with. The installation and installers were great. Looking forward to working with them again.

They came. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were right on-time and they put in a good product. I was very happy with them all the way around.

Houses of this vintage in this area are notorious for lack of closet space. While we had been able to expand the MBR closet during a remodeling project, we knew we needed to make the very best possible use of the space we had. Closet America helped us do that--far better than we could have done on our own. The quality of the materials is excellent throughout. The plan came up with solutions we could not have envisioned on our own. We were in frequent direct contact either in person or by phone or e-mail with the designers, who were all a delight to work with. The installation crew was professional, courteous, efficient, and very careful to protect existing furniture as well as clean up afterwards. After a month living with the results, we are still delighted and amazed at how much more storage space we have, and how accessible it is--and how good it looks. You just don't know what an impact your closets have on your quality of life--for better or for worse! There may be a couple more closets in the future that will need some work. If or when that time comes, without a doubt, we're going to call Closet America direct.

From the initial consultation to the actual installation, everything went so smoothly with Closet America. Val, our designer, spent a significant amount of time going over all the possible options for our closet systems and patiently added/removed and reconfigured the designs so we could have exactly what we wanted. The computer module made it very easy to see exactly what we'd be getting. One of the best things was that there was no high pressure sales pitch - the prices are good for up to a year and we could choose which closets to do now or if we wanted to wait on a few. We ended up doing all 5 that we had priced and we are so happy we did!! The installation was FAST! The installers showed up on time, removed the shelving that was in the closets, installed the new closet organizers and left the areas as clean as when they arrived - all in under 4 hours for all 5 closets! It was incredible! The closet organization system is custom fitted to the closet and the shelving is superb - solid and held firmly in place with metal brackets. No more wire shelving!!! Additionally, the shelves are adjustable and easy to move around. A wonderful home improvement - and the warranty extends to the next owner of the home. We are so pleased with our Closet America closets! We will definitely use them again!!

This review is to tell my fellow Angie's List members about the excellent service that I received from Clost America. We called them in order to remodel our Master Bedroom as we lacked space and needed help in designing a closet system to use our space efficiently. From the initial phone call Closet America was professional. They used high quality materials, were very clean and meticulous in regards to the quality of the installation and followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied. On a Saturday the salesperson showed up to our house to help us design the system and provide for us a detailed quotation. It gave us an opportunity to spend a lot of time with her on the design and take care of the contract the same day. The salesperson was excellent and listened to our ideas and used her experience to provide us the best possible design for our space. Closet America kept us up to date as to the progress of our project and gave us a realistic delivery date and delivered on all of their promises. A very professional technician called before he arrived and showed up on time. The materials were brought into our home and laid our carefully, totally respecting our home during the process. As an example when one part of the job was completed he cleaned up the area before moving on to the next. The new closet system has doubled our storage space and we still have empty shelves and rack space in it. If you wish to do business with a professional company I would not hesitate to recommend Closet America to you.

Very efficient and timely operation. Design completed while visiting the home. Final design sent to me for review. Called me several times about design and install dates. Installer, Ryan completed a large double master closet installation in 2-hours. Great design, manufactured materials and installation and timely.

If you need built-in closets, this is the company to call. They scheduled an appointment with one of their designers who came to my home, reviewed my space and needs, and within an hour had measured everything and produced a computerized view of the suggested design. No pressure sales, very thoughtful and professional. Their materials are high quality...no plastic, only metal, German precision accessories, rods and pulls that work beautifully. Everything fits like a glove into my space, utilizing every inch. I have high ceilings and wanted to utilize the height as well, and they did that beautifully. Their installers are with their company, no outside contractors. They were efficient and very pleasant to work with. Once installed, I needed an additional part and an adjustment. They cheerfully produced the needed piece from the existing drawings, came out and installed it as well as repositioning other parts as I requested. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Each time he walks into his closet, he says he feels like a star. I am looking forward to doing additional spaces with this company.

The worker called before arrival. He arrived on time, was professional and pleasant. He had the plans with him and confirmed with me what I wanted done for each closet before he started. He completed the job in 1/2 a day and did a great job. I am very pleased with my new closets. I now have room to hang or shelve many items I could not fit in before. Everything is much better organized now so I can find what I am looking for. The only "B" was on price. I was expecting to pay less.

My wife and I recently had an addition (including a new master bedroom) built at our house. The wire rack the builders installed in our closet was not going to meet our needs, so we started looking for an alternative. We wanted units for two closets, and also needed some shelving built in another room. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment with Closet America ? if I remember right, their customer service department answered my online request within a few hours. The designer came to the house and spent a lot of time with us - measuring the space, finding out what we were looking for, and doing the design. She talked to us about the company, showed us samples of their materials and color choices, and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. On the day of the installation, the installer was at the house when he said he would be there (always a big plus). He installed all of our units quickly, with zero mess. Everything looks great, and has given us the storage space we wanted. It was maybe a little more expensive than I was anticipating, but I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and product we got.

It was easy to set up a design appointment and they installed in a relatively short amount of time. They call a lot and while some people in the reviews really seem to like that, I found it a little overwhelming. They are not that price competitive but I went with them because of the time they spent on walking me through designs. For $400 less I could have gone with another company and gotten a fancier design scheme (one that included drawers) but you have to go with what you think will work best for you. I wish they had cleaned up a bit better after the install but it was not terrible.

Very professional, design person was very knowledgeable and everyone was very professional.
