The installation was fine, the cost now that I see the product is exorbitant.

From the initial (design) meeting with Christine to the final installation performed by John and Evan, the process went very smoothly. Christine was professional, prompt and courteous. Both closets were measured in detail and she was able to show an online design before leaving us price quotes. Made good suggestions and was honest if certain ideas would/would not work. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. While we were making our decision, Christine promptly responded to several questions we had (during our comparison with another company we contacted), again no pressure. Once we made our decision, scheduling was easy (Michael/Latesha) and they worked within our timeline. We were contacted the night before to confirm arrival time. During installation, John and Evan contacted us to let us know they were on their way (so we could secure our pets) and promptly arrived when then said they would. They laid out all materials on a covered surface to protect our new flooring and completed both closets within 3 hours. Once complete, everything was explained in detail and they moved some shelving/rods around to accommodate our preferences. They were courteous and professional and the work area was thoroughly cleaned before they left. Our primary reason for selecting ClosetAmerica is because they are not a franchise and because of the warranty offered on their products and services. Would definitely consider them for future organization systems. They do more than just closets.

Exactly what I wanted. Very professional and timely.

From beginning to end it was a smooth process. The designer arrived on time, she measured and showed us a design on the spot. She gave a price, with a discount and applied absolutely no pressure to pull the trigger immediately. She encouraged us to get other quotes as a matter of fact. Though the other quotes were less money the difference in quality of materials was noticeable, as was the warranty. The final product is perfect. Better than I imagined. I couldn't have asked for more. In this case I feel I got more because I paid more. It was a good value though.

What a great experience from beginning to end! The designer came up with an excellent design, and today our installer was here bright an early to install our master bedroom walk in closet system. To see it in place now is even better than what we expected! We are so glad we went with Closet America.........I am almost positive we will be having the pantry and another closet done in the near future. I cannot say enough about the customer service, and follow through every step of the project! We have a great product at a great price......with a lifetime guarantee!

We had three small closets turned into functional and organized spaces. Everyone from our initial design consultant to the installation team were a pleasure to work with. Closet America had great customer service from start to finish.

We had an appointment that initially went well overall. Measurements were taken and we liked the design. Upon meeting with other companies and getting other quotes we asked questions of our about price matching. The response we received was extremely condescending and presumptuous about the "best" not necessarily being for everyone, and stating that we sometimes sacrifice quality for value.

Very well - looked alot better than I thought it would from the sketches. Whole company was very responsive through the whole process. A little pricey, but has made my basement alot more organized and thus feels bigger!

Well - work completed efficiently with little mess and they cleaned it up.

They are BEAUTIFUL!!! The 2 man team of John and Tre were on time, professional and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. John walked us through the types of materials used for the installation, and explained how to adjust the shelving if we wished. The process of designing and measuring the units was done by Holly. She was a complete DREAM. She talked to us in detail about what we wanted and what was realistic. She showed us designs that matched our visions. The scheduling team was fantastic at finding a date that worked for us, and providing reminders as the install date arrived.

In the long run, it went perfectly, although I did have an initial problem. The designer/salesperson who came was very pleasant and knowledgeable and arrived right on time. She applied some sales pressure to get me to sign on the spot, but it was not excessive. The installer clearly knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. However, when I looked at the closet, I saw an immediate problem: Virtually all the shelves were installed behind a part of the closet wall and a closet door, so very difficult to access. Clearly either the designer had not realized that or she simply didn't point it out. I had explained to her that I'm not a visual person, so I did not see this obvious flaw in the design. Now comes the BEST NEWS! When I turned in an evaluation that noted these problems, I immediately got a call from Closet America offering to install 4 more shelves in another part of the closet and to do that FREE OF CHARGE. Wow! It took me about a nanosecond to say yes. The installer arrived on time, with the shelves, and quickly installed them. If you're considering Closet America, know that they are a truly honest company - something that's hard to come by these days. If there's a flaw, they'll fix it. They really are customer-oriented. One other suggestion is that you may want to ask your designer to point out in detail any design features that she feels you might even remotely have a problem with. I'll also add the suggestion to Closet America itself that they train designers to point out to the customer any design features that might be problematic.

Our experience with Closet America was terrific. The rep who designed our closets, Carla, really knew exactly what we needed and the installers, Diego and Ever, did a neat, clean job. The resulting work is wonderful. I highly recommend this company!!!

Contractors arrived on time during other contract work. By the time I knew they were here they had begun installation. They performed neatly and quietly. The work was well done.

From estimate to installation the service was excellent.

Sam did a great job showing us all the options. Follow upon appts, was very effective. Mauricio was very professional - install is beautiful/clean and reviewd all the details on the closet. Excellent job.

It went very well. My designer was Katie. She was excellent! She was very patient and made close attention to detail. She asked great questions and made me feel comfortable that she would design something to my taste. She showed me examples of the materials before I made my final decision. The gentleman that came to install the closets were very professional and worked really hard to complete everything in one visit. They did an excellent job and we love our new closets!!! Excellent. Mauncio all ever were very punctual, knowledgeable and great installer. They put the system in record time and made adjustments without any complaints. I LOVE my self close drawers. Wonderful service.

The attention to detail was unbelievable. Also, the professionalism of the company was outstanding. I cannot say enough. The style of the closet was also wood, so no metal like in the ELFA closets, so they look fantastic. We plan to use them again for our guest room closets and possibly our coat closet. The fact that you can transfer the warranty of the closet to the next home owner was also a HUGE plus and shows that they clearly stand by their work.

We were given an arrival window of 7:30 – 8:30; arrival was @ 7:45 with a 15 minute call ahead. Installer was fast and efficient. He respected our home. We were given a completion window of 11am – 1p; however, installation was completed @ 10. Quality rating - to be determined.
