The designer and installers were excellent. The designer spent about 5 hours with us and she built us an armoire on her software that was really individualized. Once she was done designing, we moved on to the price and sales portion. The tactics were a little bit high-pressure. They were giving us limited-time offers and calling back and forth to the manager, which we didn't love. I think the designer/manager was trying to make the negotiation seem casual, but that is tough to do. Otherwise the design experience was just fine. The time between design and installation went smoothly with employees checking in on us, providing us with plans, and signing off on paperwork. The installers were very professional. They kept the workspace neat and were finished very quickly. After installation, we wanted the shelves adjusted and also noticed a nick on one of the handles. An employee came and made the changes quickly and for free as a part of our workmanship guarantee. The pieces are exactly what we needed and fit the space very well. I think that we got 2 wardrobes that fit the space, are very functional for our needs, and supported a local business.

Everything was perfect & professional. The designer gave great suggestions. The installer was professional & courteous! I will recommend Closets America to everyone.

BE WARNED! When you see poor reviews explaining how they cancel or don't show, IT'S TRUE! They waste your time and they did it to me and my wife TWICE! They were supposed to come to my home this past Monday. An hour before they arrived, I got a call saying they had an emergency and wouldn't be there. (Note that there are other reviewers who says this, so I'm willing to bet this might be a thing with them.) I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called back a couple days later and rescheduled for today--Saturday. After no consultant showed 20 minutes after the appointed time, I called. They said they cancelled on us because they needed us to confirm with them within 48 hours of an appointment. Are you kidding? I had just made the appointment on Weds. I need to confirm on Thursday? Seriously? And why didn't they tell me this? They send an email saying "we need to speak to you briefly about your appointment." What they don't say--and probably should--is that you MUST confirm your appointment within 48 hours or it will be cancelled. Why not be open and clear about their policies and expectations? They claim they pride themselves on customer service. If they did, they'd make their policies and expectations clear. I suggest avoiding Closet America at all costs. Chances are good they won't show. They were 0 for 2 with us. I wish I had read their poor reviews and not just their good reviews.

It was wonderful. The workman (only 1) arrived on time. He put mats down on the floor to keep from scratching the hardwood. He took his shoes off. Was very organized. It took him about 6 hours to unload all the closet pieces and then assemble. It's a big closet. We were like kids when we got to see the finished closet.

Installers arrived on time & were professional from beginning to end very courteous and efficient. Closet was great. very pleased with the result & the service.

Closet America designer was outstanding. Office continued to call / email old #’s ( that I had corrected). But the design & install went flawlessly. I am thrilled with my product.

The design experience was easy and with 3D graphic drainage on the spot, I could see and change the design easily. They were careful to have me approve the final design via.

Called CA to get an estimate. They came to the house & spent 7 hrs with us designing my closets & garage. They are pricey but seem to have good fit & finish.
