They arrived on time and called to let us know they would be 30 minutes out. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were finished before the estimated time. They were professional and courteous.

We had a great experience again with Closet America. The designer was knowledgeable and provided great options to choose from. She asked questions and also listened to our feedback. One of the best parts is that there is no pressure to buy on the spot and they are honest about what they think would be a good use of your budget. I had someone at the house during installation so I didn't witness them complete the job.

Our experience was excellent - from the designer who came to our home (Meghan was a "stand out"), to the installers and the representatives in customer service and scheduling. This is a top notch company - all employees are very proud of their product and reputation. The built-in which covers an entire wall of the room is absolutely beautiful and functions perfectly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

This was our second project with Closet America and, as before, it was really worth it. Their designer spent at least two hours working with us to design and configure the space and select the materials. Throughout the design and delivery process, the sales and design team kept in touch with us. They were available to answer questions as we built the closet space. The installation was quick (less than 2 hours for both projects). The material is very durable, looks great, and meets our needs perfectly.

Installation went great, the closets are beautiful. My only regret is perhaps not having the consultant look at the contents of my existing closets to help me decide how to arrange my new closets, because I could have used a little more space for hanging long dresses.

When you quote, be more comfortable to I guess the competition. The estimate was high considering I had other lower quotes and I've used the company before, so I felt like maybe it should have been a lower quote, since I've used them previously.

This one they came to the house and do the design, they already worked with us and showed us different designs, what things would look like differently. I would recommend them because of the customer service and the quality of the product.

Very well. More specifically, Closet America sales call was friendly, efficient and seemed cost effective, and their products looked smart, professionally finished and robust. They took all the measurements on their first visit so install a few weeks later was the only other visit. Install went smoothly, product was exactly as spec'd, looked sharp and is functioning as hoped - now we have two high capacity, user friendly and really good looking closets. Bottom line, very happy and recommend.
