Description of Work: Closet America worked on two closets, a walk-in and a reach-in. |Communication was great. From ordering to installation was nine days. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in designing the closets. The installer arrived on time (actually early) and was professional and was finished in 4 hours.

Description of Work: I saw Closet America's booth at the Dulles Expo home show. I made an appointment there on the spot. They called the dayof the appointment to say that the guy wasn't coming, as he had to pick up a sick child from school. Okay, stuff happens. Then Ik rescheduled. I completely rearranged my week around this new appointment. An hour before the appointment, they called to say that they weren't coming; that the designer had "called in". What does that mean??? I will never, ever ever get back together with them.

Description of Work: Heard about them on the Kane Show and saw their impressive display at the Capital Home Show. Love the design they came up with and especially the final outcome. Everybody was very professional and very good with following up with appointments. The price was very reasonable. Definitely exceed our expectations.

Description of Work: Despite the fact that the company started on the Eastern Shore of Maryland they\are now based in Lanham and refused to come to Talbot County to give me an estimate on closet work. The estimator wanted to come and their supervisor wouldn't let them.

Description of Work: Closet America remodeled 3 closets in our house. The master bed room closet was the most extensive project. The staff at Closet America was very professional from the receptionist all the way to the installer. The designer spent a great deal of time with us understanding exactly what were looking for in a large walk in closet. She proposed numerous options, some that we hadn't thought about but were thrilled! We had a great space for a closet but it had originally been poorly designed. She turned it into our very own "S** in the city" movie closet!!! Everything went off without a hitch from the original design to the timely installation. We would definitely use this company again and we do recommend it to others who ask us. We are currently thinking of having Closet America redo our garage!
