They were early and prepared. They'd taken the information in the propasal and had a move plan ready. They were efficient. We had 2 delivery locations. They were polite but professional. They finished ahead of schedule. THe move was a 3 BR apartment to storage on an upper floor and a high raise apartment bldg. They only got better as the day progressed. GIVE THEM A SHOT AND SHOUT.

I shopped for a mover and got three quotes. Adonis was in the middle. I feel they provided great value for the money. We had a tough move, many heavy pieces and just a ton of stuff. They got it all done on time! James at Adonis was very responsive and flexible. We got an hourly and flat rate quote as well as a flexible move date. I felt Adonis Movers were very fair in billing, and took great care of us.

I hired Adonis Movers to pull select furniture items from my storage bin and move heavy boxes within my house.fMy overall experience was excellent. The whole process was seamless and fast. Roger’s knowledge of his craft allowed him and his crew the ability to only disturb a few items in the storage bin to reach the furniture I needed. We talked through every move beforehand. I also surprisingly received an additional mover at no extra charge, to expedite things. With time in my contract left to spare, the crew was kind enough to complete a task that I didn’t expect we would have time for. Thanks for everything Adonis Movers!

Very professional and they handle your furniture with care. They thoroughly wrapped each piece of furniture. I hired them at the last moment and they showed up on time ready to work. They came with the equipment needed to pack and move furniture. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

I called several moving companies for an out of state move quote. I found Adonis to give me the best price for my budget. They even moved my grandfather clock and packed it carefully in bubble wrap. Roger, a manager, was very helpful and friendly. They have a good, hard working crew of workers. James, the owner, was very attentive to my concerns and provided me with excellent customer service and stayed in touch with me all through out my move. I think you will be well pleased if you call Adonis for your next move within Maryland or even out of state.

My 1st communication with Adonis was through the bid they sent; James, the manager, sent a personalized email and followed up with several phone calls. (I appreciated this as I was procrastinating!) Upon speaking with James, I immediately knew that he cared more about my moving needs, and how he could help me, than just making money. I had a very small job but James treated me like a million dollar client. He quickly became my moving partner, reassuring me that Adonis could handle all my concerns. Roger, the foreman, and his crew arrived on time. They were cleanly dressed, spoke perfect English and well organized. The move was strategic, efficient and carefully orchestrated. They handled all my property with care - nothing broken. They were more than patient - putting things where I needed them to go. And the price was outrageously competitive, transparent and fair. One large moving company's quote was 3.5 times the amount I paid Adonis; most of the other large companies didn't bother to respond. I give Adonis 5+ stars and an enthusiast recommendation! You will not find a better moving company,

I hired Adonis Moving and Storage to move and also store my household effects and I was nothing short of pleased by the professionalism, polite nature in which ALL of the moving staff and the owner (James) has exemplified. The staff was on-time, very knowledgeable, extra polite and lived up to every word that I read about them - which made me seek their services. The movers were hard-working, very careful, skilled, knowledgeable and they took extra care to wrap ALL of of my stuff, pack it and store it. James was on point! He constantly kept me in the loop, carried out accommodations as agreed and made this move a breeze for me. Ricardo and Nicco were outstanding as well. The outstanding reviews were in fact my experience with Adonis moving staff. I would hire these guys all over again and have shared my experience with friends who plan to move in the future. They each are a credit to their profession and I wish you them success going forward. You can't go wrong with the team at Adonis Moving and Storage.

Despite scheduling my move with Adonis over a month in advance, they somehow forgot to actually write down my appointment. Come the scheduled day, there was no truck, no crew, no nothing. James took full responsibility, profusely apologized for his mistake, and gave us a discount on the move the following day but given that we needed to pay an extra days rent because of the scheduling error, that discount came out to less than $20 -- an amount that seemed woefully inadequate considering the inconvenience we were subjected to. When I tried to communicate this to James, his reply was basically that was all he would do and whatever his mistake had cost me was my problem, not his. That surprised me considering he seemed very customer-oriented before that. I guess that friendliness ended the second the prospect of losing some money on the job entered the picture regardless that the problem was completely his fault. While I like their competitive, upfront pricing, for obvious reasons, I cannot recommend Adonis. I am sure that they can be a very good company to work with if everything goes smoothly but as I personally found out, when things go poorly, their accountability and customer service go right out the window. I would keep this in mind before trusting them with your possessions.

The manager, James, was communicative, professional, and enthusiastic. I appreciate the way he does business and I know he takes moving folks very seriously. The moving crew was great and Roger was also very communicative and responsive to every need. Roger and the moving crew (3 movers in total) worked as a team and were efficient.

I initially booked for short hours and after we started they made sure everything is packed and I wasn’t overcharged. Great guys.

Adonis Moving and Storage was great to work with. James, was amazing in setting up and walking me through their pricing and process. The workers that came out to my old rowhome to move me out did an excellent job, especially at navigating the narrow doors and hallways. Once at the property, the guys moved quickly and were able to set everything back up that had to be broken down for moving. I would highly recommend Adonis as they were kind and took extra care of my possessions.

When I put a request for bids the first person who called me was James from Addonis Moving Company. He was friendly. He was professional. He was thorough. He was honest. What was most amazing, everything he said that would be done was done. Every cost was accurate. The team showed up on time and immediately went into high gear. No aspect of caring for all of the things that are important to me were treated as though they were moving themselves. When the unloading process started the same enthusiasm and care for my new home was awesome to see. This move was temporary for me. When I move again, there is only one company that I will call.
