Adonis Moving and Storage

James and I coordinated my Sept. move since May. I wasn't sure of the exact date but he reassured me it wouldn't be an issue to change it once I knew. When i called to change the date it indeed was not a problem. Their rates were very reasonable and were the only ones who assured me of same day delivery. I had the best movers ever. Edwin the move manager, Freddie and Edgar. They were on time, very professional, efficient and fast. They even offered to pack my wardrobe boxes that I rented from them for the move. They had ro disassemble my bed, and pack my tv's. I never had to lift a finger and they helped unload both cars as well. When I pulled up to my new apt in DE ..they were right behind me within 15 minutes, unloaded, reassembled and cleaned up within 2 hrs. We were all worried because Ida was coming and the tornado just hit Annapolis so I was glad to hear they arrived back in MD safely. I highly recommend Adonis Movers from start to finish with James reassurance, professionalism and customer service to the outstanding job from Edwin's team (Edgar and Freddie). I'd rate them a 10 if I could. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great service.

I recommend Adonis Moving and Storage to anyone moving in the DMV area. James, the operator, is a customer service king. I had to make four changes to my moving/storage plans and each time James was happy to quickly accommodate me. James is very communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. His teams, led by Alex and Roger, moved me out, stored my belongings, and moved me in seamlessly. The workers were polite, professional, and efficient. All of my belongings were handled carefully and arrived at my new home in perfect condition. I will use Adonis Moving and Storage for any future moves and I would encourage others to do the same.

Adonis Movers helped me at the last minute when my initial movers bailed the night before the move date. It was probably for the best! Adonis did a terrific job and was so helpful in not only moving furniture but helping set things up. They were prompt, efficient, and great at keeping me informed through the process. They arrived on time, went straight to packing up furniture, etc, and all 3 guys were so polite!! They moved everything into a storage facility and made it all fit in perfectly!!! Great job!!!

I could not have been more pleased with the moving services James and his team (Mauricio) provided last weekend. They quickly ensured all of my furniture was protected for the the move by wrapping and adding padded blankets or cardboard as needed including three 65 inch TVâ s that were wrapped, reinforced, and protected perfectly. Also, I was not able to secure street parking outside my busy corner on 18th street. Mauricio found the perfect spot behind my building that allowed the guys to move everything up the back stairway. They were extremely quick and the truck was never in anyone elseâ s way. Fully completed within the minimum time - the guys were extremely efficient and professional. There wasnâ t even potential for anything to arrive damaged even fragile items like lamps and pictures. Moreover, James is extremely flexible with scheduling and communicates consistently well. He was able to accommodate another request of getting an additional dresser from my former roommate that he doesnâ t need dropped off at my new condo on the way to store his stuff for a few days. In short, I highly recommend Adonis moving, James, and Mauricio for any moving services in the area.

I wanted to shout out KUDOS to the moving team , especially the movers(Mauricio) who assisted with my move on Saturday morning. They were prompt , courteous and kept me abreast every step of the way. They even used a box that they had in the truck for my small bags and items. They were efficient, attentive, fast paced and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire the crew again and recommend them anyone who has a job big or small. They sure know how to take the stress out of moving . James the manager was detailed oriented to ensure the move went smoothly .

We moved yesterday (7/8/21) on one of the hottest days of the summer! The crew was amazing! They arrived on time and immediately went to work meticulously wrapping and cushioning the furniture. When our sofa was too large to fit into the elevator, they carried it up 3 flights of stairs....that were not air conditioned. The men were personable and took great pride in their work! So, after working with many moving companies in the past I can, with confidence , recommend Adonis Moving & Storage.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This has been the most stress-free and amazing moving experience of my adult life! Starting with James who was accommodating and knew exactly what I needed and wanted! He called back when he said he would with no problem. Then there was Mauricio and his team! I highly recommend you get them for your moving needs, big or small. I cannot express how impressed I was with everything from beginning to end. Disassemble and assemble furniture, wrap your mattress, electronics wrapped and handled with care! Don’t look any further! Stop here! I promise you won’t be disappointed! ?

The Adonis team was fantastic in every way. Arrived on time and completed the move earlier than expected. They were very careful with the items, packed them neatly, and dismantled and reassembled the bed very well. Very polite, Top class service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. They got the job because James is so proactive and enthusiastic in contacting and promoting the company. The price was reasonable, the team worked hard and the actual move was done to my satisfaction. The one really big issue I had was that I was treated (as a single woman) in an unprofessional way by 2 of the 4 male movers. Both, including the team leader, made comments/asked questions about my marital status. I am sick of this type of everyday sexism and this would not have happened to a male customer. Every single employee I had an interaction with was male. So Adonis: educate your staff not to sexually harass customers, hire women, change your name. In 2021 these are pretty basic asks.
