"Very friendly, but critically amateur. Took dust samples from the center/most trafficked parts of each room (inaccurate); threw all the samples into the same bag (cross-contamination). He didn't have any 'official' equipment for bagging the paint chip samplesâ ended up using a discarded ziploc bag that may or may not have been from his lunch that day. The worst offense was finding out after getting results back that he had no idea which sample went to which room, as he did not write this information down. That was the whole job. I asked for a partial refund (despite deserving a full refund) and after initially denying the request, he offered $32 back of the $293 total, because quote: "[he's] a reasonable man." This is not a legitimate business."
