Description of Work: We use SMO for home heating oil and service and now air conditioning service . I think their prices on oil is competitive and the the service agreement for home heating as paid off. About three hundred dollars for the season. We had our furnace stop running and the service was prompt and effective in getting our heat back on. The technician was knowledgeable and friend. The oil delivery has been OK. However, when we initially sign up they check our tank and equipment. They didn't mention at the time the lack of a "vent whistle" and said the tank was 250 gallons. During deliveries the drivers have mentioned they need to have a whistle to avoid over filling, so we watched the tank gauge. It over flowed at 240 gallons. The driver tried to clean up the excess with absorbent pads, but it was not complete. I end up digging out some dirt to dispose of. The air condition service under their service agreement has been good so far. The initial check was well done. We have had no service calls so far.
