Description of Work: SMO has been my HVAC provider for the last 10+ years. They I have full service contracts on my AC, Heat Pump and Oil Furnace. They recently completed the annual service check-up (cost and maintenance/replacement of parts totally covered by contract). The service engineer was prompt, courteous and very thorough. I have had several issues in the past and have found SMO to be very responsive. My furnace failed on Christmas Eve two years ago and SMO sent a serviceman to my residence at 1:00 a.m. Christmas morning. All was fixed and back to working order in a couple of short hours. Totally covered by my service contract! No hidden charges of any kind. They have a lifelong loyal customer in me.

Description of Work: SMO is my oil-delivery service. Last November they installed a new oil tank. Once it was discovered that the old tank was in very poor condition--discovered as part of my annual furnace check-up--they installed a new tank promptly. When a leak in the oil line was reported on February 29th, a technician was there within the hour, followed by the local Service Manager. Work began immediately, and progressed steadily indoors nd out, through March 4th, I am extremely pleased and relieved to have this hazard to the environment corrected.

I BEEN THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR TWENTY YEARS. THEY ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEY COME OUT AT THE SAME TIME, SAME DAY, EVERY YEAR TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE HEAT. THE HEAT BLOWS OUT JUST FINE SO FAR.
