Did exactly what they said they would do on time

So far so good. I have no doubt that Ricky will continue to deliver the outstanding service he has provided.

He was fast, efficient, friendly and he showed up on time and got the job done right away even if the bad weather condition! We are still waiting for final work of the site grading as promise, because of the rain. Thanks.

Quick response.. though and answered all questions and provide suggestions for issues that I was having.

They were very responsive and came out, helped us out. They did a great job.

They were hired initially to repair the drain field. Shortly thereafter, we discovered I needed a new tank. I don't think a new tank should have cost me $2,500 but at that point into the project, you really have no choice. After checking around, most places sell a new tank between $900-1500. Also, the extra dirt that was not used to refill the holes was left in the center of my yard along with the brick/cinder blocks from the old septic system. He did level off the mound of dirt however, it was a 5 inch mound approximately 10 ft. in diameter in the middle of my yard. I have now been shoveling dirt to try and spread it out evenly over my yard, as well as, removing the old debris. So far, the septic system is still working

Do not do business with them. They’re un professional, left my yard a mess. Left piles of dirt everywhere. I would never do business with ever again. Don’t waste your time with this business.

Our septic collapsed two days before our honeymoon. That next day we had our new septic put in. Awesome company!

The driver arrived on time and waited for me while I made sure water was flowing out of the basement toilet and shower.

The service was very prompt (same day I called). The serviceman was very polite and knowledgeable. The service took about an hour. The next day, my neighbor used the same company to clean their tank.

They were quick to respond and to fix the problem.

These guys did not complete the task and I paid them because i were told I would have to pay them another 220 for them to come out again and the gentleman told me the septic system were damaged and it would cost 20,000 to 30,000 dollar's to have it replaced. The company that came out to complete the job told us there nothing wrong with the septic system need I say more.

Came right out and professional. Would definitely use them again! :-)
