Reliant Assembly was to put together a murphy bed for me. They came on time; however, while one was working, the other was on the phone. I was later informed that they could not complete the job because all of the parts were not there, that the holes in the parts received were misaligned, or that certain holes were not drilled deep enough to connect the parts. Therefore, I would need to contact the company and have them resend the missing parts or replace the parts that were defective. So, I paid them for partially completing a portion of the project and the time spent trying. I have assembled many products in the past and I did not want to simply go back to the company to complain without having first hand evidence; so, I began assembling the murphy bed myself only to find out that the "so-called" parts were there and that the parts that were not drilled deep enough could simply be rectified by using a drill bit to get the hole deep enough for use. I also found out that the parts that had been assembled by Reliant Assembly had been done so incorrectly, which is why it appeared that there were missing parts. Once I took apart what Reliant Assembly had previously assembled, the so called missing parts were apparently there. I imagine because I was a woman they thought that I would swallow what I was being told without investigation. However, I am glad that I did my due diligence before going back to the company with bogus information; unlike Reliant Assembly. I have since completed the project and the bed works fine. However, I will never request services from Reliant Assembly again and I will ensure that all of my friends and associates do not use them either. Dr. Evelyn Y. Jenkins, Ph.D.

Reliant Assembly responded to my request for a quote the same day and they were great about staying in contact and answering my questions. On the day of the appointment, Danny called to let me know he had encountered traffic coming from VA to MD which was a pleasant courtesy. He arrive at my house well within the 2-hour window Reliant had stated, and he had the grill assembled within the next 90 minutes. When finished with the assembly, Danny asked where to put the massive box (he had put all of the miscellaneous packing material back into the main box), at the curb or in the garage. Credit cards or cash is accepted and I appreciated having the choice of payment type. I selected this company based on the strongly positive Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed. I absolutely would hire Reliant Assembly again next time we have something that would be better left to a professional to assemble!

These guys from LaPlata are GREAT! this is the third time I've hired them to assemble items. They are always fair, polite, THOROUGH and reliable. I'm sure I'll need this type of services again and Reliant is my assembly go-to-guys!

Ultra polite, very fast, thorough, attention to detail. laid out drop clothes to protect floors, Cleaned up, hauled off boxes and overall great customer service skills. One of the best service companies I've dealt with!

Excellent work! We were very happy with every aspect of the playset assembly. One person did the whole job. We just explained where we wanted it and then he brought over his tools and got to work. It took about 5 hours. The playset looks great, and the kids love it. We would definitely recommend Reliant Assembly.

Reliant Assembly did a great job on our playset and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to assemble a playset. The owner Kenneth was easy to talk to and provided a reasonable price for the work. He provided information about playsets in general and struck me as an honest guy. The assembler Norbert was very hardworking and committed to making the playset area safe for children. We had missing parts in our set and he finished what he could the first day and returned to finish the set when the replacement parts arrived a week later. Our parts actually arrived sooner than expected and Kenneth worked out the schedule to have Norbert finish the playset even though they were booked that whole week. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to try to get the job done as soon as possible. They also did not raise the price or add any fees because of the return trip. We were actually late in returning home from a pumpkin patch to meet Norbert when he finished assembling our playset but Norbert was willing to wait the extra 30 minutes for us to return so that we could complete the inspection and payment. We felt bad that he had to wait but he was very patient and accommodating. Overall, the company did a superb job and I would highly recommend them.

Norbert arrived at the very beginning of the window. He set the thing up all by himself and took 5 hours to complete the job. The playset is being well used. They will come back in 30-90 days to ck the item to make sure all connections are stable and secure (included in the price).

L-shaped corner glass desk unit and 2 file cabinets. It would have taken me several weekends to assemble all the pieces, and who knows what would work. RA completed it all in a couple of hours and I am so happy.

They arrived on time, got to work right away, and were efficient, professional, and friendly throughout. I've assembled a lot of my own furniture in the past but just didn't feel like spending an entire weekend interpreting Ikea directions, breaking nails, bruising shins, and straining my back. It was well worth every penny to have these guys do the work for me. Not only did they completely assemble an entire wall of shelving in less than 3 hours, they also helped me move the old furniture out of the way and cleaned up the boxes and other debris as they worked. I think they could have finished in even less time if the space they had to work in wasn't so small. And I know they did a better job securing the tall cabinets to the wall than I could have done. I am absolutely calling them back the next time I buy any flat-packed furniture.

This guy is great. Before I bought the set online, I looked on Angieslist to see who the heck could put it together for me, and found Reliant Assembly. He returned my call right away, and we were able to set a date for installation. THEN I ordered the thing. Since it was his busy season, the date was 3 1/2 weeks away, but he checked in periodically to make sure the site prep was on track, and the equipment had been delivered in time. It took his team 2 full days to put the playset together, and they're experienced with this stuff! It was complicated, but they did a really super-fantastic job. Although it took him more time and effort than he originally thought, he stuck to his original estimate. The set is absolutely level everywhere, and strong and safe. He's one of the best finds I've ever had from Angieslist.

We recently moved to the DC metro area and brought our 10-year old Rainbow Playsystem with us. Reliant was able to come out within a week and assemble our equipment. Given the equipment's age and the fact that it was assembled and disassembled three times prior, I'm sure it was quite a challenge. I really appreciated Reliant's professional and friendly manner on the phone and at our house. Norbert ensured that our playground was safe by installing extra bolts where necessary. I am very confident that our playground is safe and has many more years of play value left!

Recently moved to the Washington DC area and our Rainbow playground equipment was taken apart for the move. We called around and were lucky to find Reliant Assembly. The servicemen washed and stained the playground set, leveled the ground and set up the equipment without any problems. The playground set looks great. We would use this company again, and would recommend them to our colleagues with similar needs.

All interactions with Kenny were excellent. He was responsive to the request for quote, timely in replying and returning phone calls, arrived as scheduled and did the assembly in an hour. The work was excellent.

Great overall experience. I thought the price was very fair. They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. The guy came out when he said he would and assembled a new out-of-the box elliptical for me. Did a great job at it. I've been using it every day since it's been assembled and have had no problems. Would definately recommend and use this company again.

Great experience. The set was well assembled and I feel that the children will be safe playing on it. The man was very forgiving when we decided to change the position of the playset in the backyard. He also alerted us to a cracked piece of wood and recommended we contact the manufacturer immediately for a replacement. He will come out again in the next 30-90 days to retighten bolts, make sure it's still level, etc.
