When it's time for service, the technicians get to work immediately and take great care in cleaning up the work area once the job is completed. They are also ready to answer any questions regarding lawn care or upkeep. In addition, the technicians are always courteous.

MRW arrived on schedule and performed the service efficiently. This was the last element of our annual lawn service. We have the program to help keep the lawn that they established in tip top shape. The lawn has a great curb appeal and makes that part of the property sales-ready. All of our contacts and experienes have been professional, courteous and friendly. We have been very pleased with MRW.

Thanks to MRW Lawn my lawn is now healthy and looking very good. I started working with MRW Lawn last summer in 2012. I met with Kenny and he explained the lawn plan to recover and improve my lawn. MRW individualize plan made possible for me to understand the process to recover my lawn. MRW has a great team of professionals that were in constant contact with me during the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the results. I will continue using MRW lawn care services for years to come. I would recommend MRW to anybody, they are professionals and will let you know ahead of time what is needed to improve and maintain a healthy lawn.

Wonderful. I've have been using them for twenty years. I have used them in my other house and here. I have been in the hospital whole of last year. They sent me a 32 inch high, I can't even tell you how wide, flowers. They were so beautiful. They're so nice. There's a lot of mowing. They do all the services. They come down 7 times. They walk through your yard, nail work for weeds. They figure out what it is and then put down an application. They do 7 of those and then I paid. They did this in the beginning of September and I have a magnificent yard. I did my other home too. They come over for 7 times a year. And, when you call when you're worried about something, they come out and look. I haven't found the site application offer that is included in that. I have a luscious yard. They were out this month. They put some applications down. Spring application. When you walk through the lawn, it's like cushion. They know what they're doing. They know up to date what kind of feeds, what kind of fertilizers

The service is A1; I'm satisfied. Other people may have less or more treatments depending on the state of their lawn. They come out & survey the lawn to determine the best course of treatment & then make a recommendation based on that information. They've been great for me. The technicians I get that service my lawn are pretty good. If you have any issues, just call. They're very good about trying to satisfy you.

We have used MRW Lawns for at least 15 years now, and our lawn has gone from islands of grass in a sea of weeds to one of the nicest lawns in the neightborhood. They initially treated just our front yard, but we had them re-plant grass in our our back yard about 10 years ago. They are not the cheapest service; this years cost was 677.74 (after pre-payment discount) for six treatments on our 18K sqft property. They always call the day before service to make sure we have our dogs out of the way. On the few occasions I've called for a problem (weeds, etc) they respond promptly.

They are very good and we would recommend them. They do several spring and fall treatments.

I have used MRW in the past and was very disappointed in the amount of service for the price as well as always trying to add services outside of the contract. When MRW did a mailing targeting former customers, I called them back, explaining my previous concerns and explaining that I wanted a complete estimate of the costs to repair my lawn. I also made it very clear that, pending their evaluation of my lawn, I would not accept additional services, nor wished to solicited for such services. The salesperson agreed and wrote out a contract detailing the work that needed to be done. The first service was scheduled to start in about a week, but workers didn't show up until about a month afterward. Just as before, I received a note from the company that an additional service, outside of my contract, was necessary. I blew a gasket. This is exactly what I objected to the last time I hired MRW. I found out later from one of their other sales persons, that they get a commission for every additional service that they "sell" to the customer. Not acceptable! After almost a year, and after MRW completed the recommended service in my contract, my lawn shows no change whatsoever. I would not recommend this company. They are way overpriced and unprofessional.

They are very reliable and I am very happy with them. I like everything about them. The qualities that I like about them are reliability, fair pricing and service. The price is based on the size of the property. I pay yearly. I will get another bill in April. I have had them for many years. They are easily accessible, you always get to speak to someone and they are prompt in replying to questions. In terms of price, I went over to MRW Inc. on recommendation of a friend and I never tried any other comparison since than. They are far cheaper than the other provider. I would use their services in the future as I have a yearly contract with them.

The technician, was on time, he had called to describe the service and offered suggestions for maintaining the product's effectiveness.

I like the fact that they always call ahead the day before and gives us a heads up that they will be coming out. When they come out they are very professional. They are always leaving the lawn and driveway in a very clean condition. They come out once a year to evaluate our lawn and give recommendations as to what I might look at doing in the future which is very nice. The lawn is still at this point in January 2012, the greenest one in our neighborhood.

MRW was been our lawn care company for years. We have the greenest grass around! Long time customer!

They did a good job, were courteous and kept sidewalks and driveway clean of application.

I have been using them for a long time, for over years. They are consistent and they keep my grass healthy. They are a small company. They are a local company and not a national one.

They apply the chemicals, and they do a good job. They are conscientious in their job.

The grass looks great. The communication with their company is very good.

The company took payment in advance. Was not able to set a specific date for service, given the nature of the service is weather dependent. Several weeks after check was cashed, service had still not been performed. Called the company to inquire, but had difficult time with customer service. The person answering the phone was not able to respond to my inquiry, and the person they said could respond was not available for several days. Finally made contact on day 3 of calling. The service was performed two days later. BIGGEST PROBLEM: Service was performed with wrong product. They sprayed the trees with TalStar, rather than CrossCheck. So, the infestation continued to worsen. Ultimately needed to remove several trees from the wind break, including 3 that had not previously been damaged.

I THINK THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEIR PRICES ARE GREAT, IF ANYTHING I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE LOW. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE, AND DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY PROVIDED US WITH A LAWN AND FERTILIZER SERVICE. THEY WERE GOOD AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. I CONTINUOUSLY USE THEIR SERVICE AND I DON'T PLAN ON STOPPING.

EXCELLENT! WE HAVE USED THIS SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE AND ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN PROBLEMS ARE REPORTED. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN POINTING OUT BETTER WAYS TO MAINTAIN OUR LAWN.
