I have been using them for 10-15 years, a long time. I keep using them because they have not raised my price in forever, maybe because the owner and I belong to the same social group. But I did not know it; he might have known it, but I didn't. It costs about $800 yearly. I am happy.

There is generally just one worker that comes out at a time. They fertilize about a third of an acre. They are there for about an half hour. The workers are polite.

Tech came and treated lawn. Usually don't see him when he gets here. My only problem is at one time brown patch treatment was free but now cost $20.

They call and let you know when they are coming. They analyze and apply the correct application for your lawn.

MRW has always been responsive and professional from the staff, supervisor Bobby, to the technicians. Impressive.

Arrived early, moved efficiently through the treatment process.

I'm not home when my lawn is treated but for each visit I receive tech notes with what was applied, why, what steps I need to take; service notes with cost and purpose of application and notes on what he noticed on my lawn's condition. I look foreward to this report card.

I continue to use them. This year I’m paying them every time they came out. The first year I paid for the entire season. I get a feedback every time they’re here. They leave me with the evaluation of the lawn. If there are any problems, they tell me if there’s something that needs to be changed or whatever. I’ve been very happy with them. I know I can get cheaper services, but not necessarily better quality.

One employee comes out and they do the treatment when I am not home, but they leave me an invoice in the mailbox. They give you payment plans too if you need them. I pay less than $500 for a year. My grass went from yellow to a deep green.

Applied Initial Summer Lawn Insect application .Diagnosed the condition of the lawn and left suggestions for continued maintenance .Contact information was left should a return visit become necessary following this application.

It was good and convenient. I don't have complains. I went with them because I love them more of a local versus the national. They gave you options, recommendations and work closely with you.

Great! We were notified the day before so we could keep our dogs out of the way. Thomas showed up at 8:00 promptly, did the lawn service, locked the gate, and was gone.

It went very poorly. In the spring, you could still see the tracks where they had sliced the lawn, but there were large bare spots that looked like someone had dumped chemicals. No grass had grown and what had been a plush lawn looked like hit and miss grassy spots. A technician came out and inspected the lawn and indicated that the previous technician had not applied the chemicals correctly. Because it was mid spring, they said they were limited as to any repairs but would re-seed in the fall. I called them last week (6/17/14) to discuss my contract renewal but no one has returned my call in a week. I want specifics as to how they are going to return my lawn to its original look before renewing my contract.

I just stopped the service about 6 months ago because of the cost due to the economy. I would use them again.

I have a contract with them. They come once a month. So far, they have done what they've said, but it's just now spring. They did get rid of the fungus, and we're very pleased.

Everything went well, my lawn has improved quite a bit. It looks very nice. The one thing I did not like is that every single time they came here, the technician would find some type of weed or grass that was not included in the original weed control treatments. If I wanted the extra treatment it was an additional cost. I don't think this is fair, weed control is weed control in my book, that is what I thought I paid for. They should haven been up front about this type of thing in the beginning, after all their specialist was the one who inspected my yard at the very beginning of the contract.

I am pleased with them. My lawn looks wonderful. They are a good group! I feel comfortable with them.

MRW has been handling the care of our lawn for the last 15 years. They have been excellent. They keep us informed of what they are doing and will sit down with us each year to determine what our lawn needs are. In the 15 years that they have been taking care of our lawn we have had no complaints.

They did credit my account the $60 and stopped any additional treatments.

They were really good and thorough. This was the first time I had used them but would use them again and recommend to others.

We have just started annual treatment with MRW Lawns after finding them on Angie's List with high recommendations. The initial response to our inquiry was quick and the follow up in-person estimate was timely and professional. While the cost may seem high initially compared to other estimates we had, we believe that it will be well worth the investment. They are knowledgeable and thorough and because MRW Lawns specializes in actual lawn treatments and they are not generalists in outdoor or yard work, they appear to truly be specialists. We had our first treatment today and they left follow up material advising what had been done and provided us with feedback and also told us what to expect. Will update later if this doesn't turn out well, but we were told to be patient and give our lawn some time and we are very happy so far with the company, so wanted to post some feedback.

I've been very pleased with them. I would recommend them.

This company is AWESOME. My lawn was sodded. I started in the back (new patio). The tech walked me thru what needed to be done and my problem areas. The cost per sq foot was in line with other estimates. At one point after the service, I asked about brown spots. A tech came out to inspect the lawn. Since I was sooooo VERYYY pleased with the sodded area in the back. I asked for an estimate for the front and saved, basically did without, for several months to have it done. My lawns (front and back) are GORGEOUS! And just think it''s early April and still chilly. I can't wait for the first cut --- get ready for a picture in Home & Gardens! , I'm having them apply every thing else my lawn and 10 trees need, they leave not only the invoice but a comment to let me know what was done, what I have to do and how my lawn looks. Oh, before I forget... when you call it's like everyone knows you personally - so nice and courteous and very patient in answering my questions.

It went very well. A gentleman came to my home, and we discussed the choices of services, and I decided which ones I wanted. The company provided a discount since I paid for the entire season then. The company always notifies me when they will come. They also respond to any questions I have. They do an excellent job, and my lawn looks so much better. I highly recommend this company
