+ -1 moreI am happy with the job. The only downside is that the company is not on BGE's list of eligible contractors for which I could get a rebate from BGE, but I still came out ahead price-wise by using G&B Insulation.
Description of Work: The contractors sealed air leaks in my attic, and sprayed additional fiberglass insulation.

+ -1 moreG&B Insulation was hired by my insurance company to replace insulation in my attic and the unfinished part of my basement after my townhouse incurred smoke damage from a fire in the unit next to mine. The installers arrived at the scheduled time and got to work immediately. After determining that the best way to get the attic insulation out of the house was through a second floor window, they took down the curtains, moved the furniture, and covered all affected areas in the house as well as the front yard. They also protected the area around the basement with plastic. The work was done quickly and they did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished.
Description of Work: Replaced insulation in attic and unfinished area of basement.

They went the extra mile for me. Joe, who did my estimate, came out twice and helped me understand the parameters of the job. Wonderful company.
