oor communication, Unorganized, Unprofessional, Has a hard time with words, Arrogant, Insults customers. Took them a long time to get a quote and each time they said they sent it, it was missing the quote attachment. Finally got their quote to trim trees and I authorized the work. I didn’t get a response to authorizing the work, so after 5 days I emailed Nina the office manager and asked "Wanted to confirm that we are on the schedule?" to which she responded "Yes! We currently are tentatively scheduled for around April 15th. Once we get closer we can nail down a more definite date." Later we discovered they made an error and scheduled my work before I had made their required deposit. They didnt tell me about the deposit until the week the work was to be performed. I agreed to go ahead and make the deposit, but Adam was upset that I complained I was never told and decided to cancel my job and make me wait another month. Adam insulted me by telling me I needed to learn to read because the deposit requirement was shown at the bottom of the near year old quote. If it was a requirement, they should not have scheduled my work until it was paid. He denied it was scheduled, so I showed him proof - emails above. Adam continued the insults by responding with a dictionary pronunciation AND definition of the word "tentatively" claiming they did not schedule me because "Tentatively" applied to waiting to receive the required deposit and signed estimate. Regardless, Adam should learn that belittling customers doesn’t work and Tentative referred to the "date of service", not to whether or not we are on the "schedule". I will never use him for any of my properties.

Adam and his crew mow and trim our yard every week so it was logical that I would ask him if he could remove a dying tree. He presented me with an estimate then, in one afternoon, cut down the tree, turned it into mulch and took everything away and cleaned up. A week later he took out the stump, leaving a neat hole, and came back the next day to fill it with soil, put down grass seed and cover it with straw. I don't know if all landscapers work so quickly and neatly or not but I am VERY SATISFIED with Adam's work.

Adam's cousin initially had my contract.when Adam took over, he was more organized. at first, they cut the grass longer than I liked but responded the next week when I asked to have it shorter; pruned my overgrown yew hedge back, per request. my only complaint is that a cluster of ferns are routinely cut down - unless they have a basket or fence over them. My yard looks great. I hope their snow removal services are good, too.

Very precise when following owners request on how to mow around the pool. Very polite and easy to deal with on a time by time basis..

Adam couldn't be more professional, in the recent rains that we had Adam was calling and explaining when they would be coming, so not to wonder, I really appreciated that. They are always here when they say they will be and reasonable rates.

Adam responded promptly to our request for a quote, provided a very reasonable proposal, and we scheduled the work. Adam and his crew trimmed and shaped all the bushes around the house and pool, cut in new mulch circles around all our tress (29!), removed the weeds and grasses from the beds and around the pool and dug new bed edges, then put 2" of mulch around all the trees and beds. The transformation is amazing! And his team left the place clean! I would definitely recommend Adam and I would hire them again if needed.

Adam and his crew were terrific. I am very particular about how the lawn is done and they met my expectations 100%. They were always there when schedule to do the mowing. Adam also offers snow removal at a very fair price. I recommend him highly.

2 day job, in by 9 AM, out by 3 PM, no breaks. 3 Men showed up a little ahead of time - totally professional from vehicles, trailers, grinders, tools, attire for all. One man did all the tree cutting, very adept at working with various gear, saws, was impressive to watch him work at such heights - studied from the ground, no short cuts. Took the other 2 men to keep up with the cutting large limbs on the ground with chain saws and haul rest of all yard debris to grinder. It took both men working full speed to keep up with keeping the ground below relatively clear throughout the job. I asked for all the grinding to be put in a pile close to a back fence line - done - had enough, knowing there was no weeds, like bulk purchased mulch - to spread along approx 100' fence line 5-6"deep, out about 10' from the fence. Adam threw in additional plus comment - he said with the decomp of the mulch, nothing will grow underneath with the acids released - PERFECT for my back fence line - won't hurt the mighty oaks I have - no weeds. He accommodated all my requests - already have him scheduled to come in the spring to do some heavy trimming on a few large maples - too late in the season for trimming for life of the tree - have also asked Adam for a quote for aerating, over seeding, and the removal of 9 over 50' tall pines. The stump grinding will be the last thing done. Adam is professional, prompt, pleasant, easy to deal with, responsive - tunes into conversations regarding work to be done. I also noticed they keep their equipment clean - again no short cuts - as they go and are as neat pulling away as they were arriving.

Adam and his crew did an excellent job in removing old and broken fences and replaced them with a new fence. Once completed Adam made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. I had hired Adam and his company to do several jobs around my house and will continue to use them.

They did an exceptional job and cleaned the area when finished. They were flexible with some changes I make and price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

The trees were very large and very tall. Adam did an excellent job and quite quickly too! Cleanup went smoothly and I an exceptionally pleased. He and his crew arrived exactly on time. I do highly recommend this company.

As I mentioned in the previous prompt: The company did very little for the money and for eight hours of work. They spent a disproportionate chunk of time doing free tree removal for my neighbor (unbeknownst to me) during the time that was supposed to be allotted to my property. They also refused several tasks such as trimming bushes. My property looks barely touched as pictures that I have taken following their departure will attest.

Great! Mulch was excellent, and was spread according to my request.

Two men came to do the work & got the job done. The trees are still gone & most of the invasive weeds are gone too - a few came back that were in a difficult area which would have involved re-doing a part of my sidewalk & edgers. I am very pleased & have purchased another project from them as well!

Adam's two guys were very pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond and did even more than I'd expected.

Very well. The owner, Adam was on site for the whole job and did most of the work himself. He was hard working and very easy to work with. I recommend him and will use him again when a need arises.

Adam and his team did a great job. They were very punctual, arriving right when Adam said they would be there. They did all the work requested, whhc included taking down 7 trees and clearing out a number of overgrown bushes. They also ground down 6 stumps. The only unfortunate thing was that they finished before I could return from work to tell them myself that they did a good job. They cleaned up the property as they had promised and left me some of the trunk wood to burn. The price was very fair, and according to a neighbor they earned it as he said they worked very hard. I would definitely recommend Adam and his team for any type of tree services needed.

Adam and his crew did a great job. They removed the 2 trees and stumps. I was really impressed with their clean up. When they were finished there was no remaining debris. I would hire them again without hesitation.
