+ -1 moreIt took them two visits to determine that it wasn't worth to repair the washer. They were very appropriate that they did refund the second visit. I've been using them for many years and they are usually very reputable.
Description of Work: We used Urban & Suburban for appliance repair. They repaired our washing machine.

Description of Work: I had an oven that needed new elements for broiler and bottom heating, and a stove top that needed one on/off knob electric unit replaced. He did an excellent job, spent about an hour and charge $89 for the first job, and $40 for the second job, plus parts.

+ -1 moreCOULDNT FIND A PROBLEM WHEN THEY CAME TO OUR HOME. THEY SAID EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE EVEN THOUGH I THOUGHT THEY WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I ENDED UP HAVING TO REPLACE THEM.
Description of Work: DRYER WAS NOT DRYING COMPLETELY AND WASHING MACHINE NOT WORKING ON THE SPIN CYCLE.

+ -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND CALLED JUST PRIOR TO HIS ARRIVAL. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. HE MADE SUGGESTIONS THAT MAY HELP LENGTHEN THE LIFE OF THE DRYER.
Description of Work: THE REPAIRMAN HAD TO REPLACE THE THERMAL FUSE BECAUSE THE DRYER DID NOT WORK. HE ALSO FIXED THE EXHAUST HOSE SO THAT THE DRYER WOULD DRY MORE EFFECTIVELY.
