Description of Work: They replaced the emergency shut off valve for the powder room sink. They thought they might not be able to come until the next morning, but someone finished their job and showed up within an joy of my call.

+ -1 moreThey were absolutely the best, decent people, the integrity was wonderful. I had a pipe burst in the crawl space in my house and so the water was pouring out of that and so Model Plumbing came and they always do just a super job. They completed what needed to be done with the burst pipe. After they left, I turned on the faucet and I had no water. So I called Model Plumbing and they came out immediately. They went down and they checked everything in the basement to see what in the world had happened, and they came back up and I saw the water flowing. They were always so decent about everything. I just loved working with them because I knew everything was in good hands. I don't know, I had heard that they were no longer here and I felt really terrible about that. They had good humor and complete competence.
Description of Work: I used to use Model Plumbing but they're no longer here.
