This company is very professional and they really wanted to please my picky expectations. I really feel that these gutters enhance the architectural design of the house, not detract from it. I would use them again....if I ever move from this house . I like a company that strives to make sure the customer is happy with the work when they leave a job....now on to the next project! Turned a problem into a win-win. There was a communication error while I was out of town and they installed gutters before I wanted them to. I was having additional work done on the house and wanted gutters to be installed after facia board was covered with alum. Sue and John worked with me to take the new gutters down so other work could be done. They actually came and took their new gutters down, stored them safely in my yard and came back and reinstalled after the other work was done. That was customer service at its best. They turned a problem into a win. Kudos to them for their commitment to service.

Usually I am very suspicious when discussing needs with vendors for services but I have to say that John and Susie at Mid Atlantic, whether on the phone or in person, made me feel extremely comfortable in dealing with them. They were pleasant, respectful, and to the point. I thought that their pricing was extremely reasonable and they were very accommodating in performing the work. They completed all of the work within 3 days which was very reasonable. The two worker bees, Cody and Chris, were as courteous, pleasant, and diligent in performing their tasks as you would want your employees to be. I would highly recommend Mid Atlantic for gutter and carpentry work.

We contacted Mid-Atlantic because we had some gutters that were beginning to detach from our house. We had had new gutters installed by another company (same basic design) over 10 years ago. We also had a sun-room added about 6 years ago, which had traditional gutters on it. Mid-Atlantic sent a representative out immediately, and he was able to survey our entire roof-line, identify problems and needed repairs, and give us an estimate on each portion of the proposed work. He also gave us an estimate for cleaning all of the gutters on our home, explaining why washing them is essential to keeping them working effectively, and giving us instructions for cleaning them ourselves if we wanted to. In the end, we chose to have Mid-Atlantic do all of the work: repairs, new gutters, and cleaning. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Our rep arrived for the initial consult early, as did the work-crew on the day they were scheduled to complete the job. They were quick and professional, and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them, particularly to anyone who lives in a wooded area where debris can clog the gutters on a house.

John and Susie were great to work with. They were always prompt and came out to see us in a timely manor. We had a couple estimates and they were definitely reasonable. Their estimate for K-guard was cheaper than one of our estimates for normal gutters. We needed some extra work done to replace rotten wood and cover some other areas with flashing and John made sure to include everything in the very comprehensive estimate. The work performed was very good and you could tell John and the install team cared about the work and how it was performed. He is definitely the type of contractor you want to do business with. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

John previously put new gutters on my house and it went so well that I knew that I would use him to put on a new roof. Once again he and his crew did a great job and also did a great job cleaning up all the nails and debris after the job was done. They also came back to fix a few minor details like painting a piece of flashing to make it blend with the house. As I said in my previous review, John is the type of person that you want doing work on your house because he does things the right way and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied. It was great working with Mid-Atlantic.

Quality installation of a superb product by a varsity team of gutter professionals. John and his staff did an outstanding job putting all new K-guard gutters on our house to include installing over 100 feet of new 2X8 facia board around the 3rd floor of the house to ensure the gutter system remains in place. Our house was built in 1894 and they were able to work through all of the "findings" that come with a house that age - and stayed on budget! Very professional, high quality work. We didn't go with the cheapest bid, but chose John and his staff because we felt they would do a good job and they did. We are very happy with the end product and highly recommend his company.

Mid-Atlantic did a great job! We first called and spoke with Susie who was very helpful, informative and friendly. She set up our appointment time that was convenient for us. She also said we could go to the online video about the K Guard system so we could get more information and be prepared with any questions when John arrived for our meeting. The video explained the details of the system very well. John arrived on time fully prepared with samples, photos and lots of information. He surveyed the house and pointed out a number of things we had not considered. For example, the length of our front gutter should have had two downspouts, it only had one. He really demonstrated how much experience and knowledge he had. We decided to use John's company based on the quality of his product and his service reputation. The work was scheduled for a week later. Susie called to follow up and confirm the appointment. The crew arrived right on time with all the materials they needed to complete the job in one day. There were several changes to the original design we had discussed with John and he remained on site until the work was almost done. The workers were wonderful! They knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. They answered questions we had during the installation and made several adjustments for us as well. They always answered with a "No problem" and a smile. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and did a final walk around the house to make sure we were satisfied with the work. John called that evening to see if everything was satisfactory and Susie called a couple of weeks later to check in with us as well. The customer service they provided could not have been better. The entire experience with John and his crew was wonderful! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and use them for future projects.

The service from John and company at Mid-Atlantic Gutters was excellent and timely. After an estimate on a cold February 2014 day, we originally scheduled for the middle of March 2014, but there was bad weather. When the weather got good around the end of March, they immediately came out (of course after notifying us in advance) and did great work. Two members of the family present that day were comfortable inside while occasionally glancing at the work being done. It went well. The secretary for Mid-Atlantic gutters is a very nice and helpful woman, and was very reasonable and flexible with our extended payment. She helped us make a plan for payment. For what these folks did for us, the price could seldom be beat! The seamless K-guard, covered gutters have held up well for a year, and we remain in occasional friendly contact with the company. Do yourself a favor: if you need good, quality, reasonably-priced gutter replacement, and you want impeccable professionalism, go with this excellent company and its excellent people. They were professional and quick. It was very easy to work with them and after doing a lot of research the price seemed fair (trying to order the cover myself through the internet would have cost over $500 for parts alone so it was well worth the extra $300 for them to make sure it was measured correctly and installed properly) I was very happy with their work and how easy the whole process was.

John was very nice as was Suzy when scheduling the appointment. John was very thorough with his presentation and he had photos of previous jobs. He was not pushy and I never felt pressured. His guys showed up and worked for at least 8 hours on the coldest day this month. They were very nice and professional, I am pleased with this service.

Tim and crew arrived on schedule and began the work. All went well and the job finished the same day. Good clean-up! Workers very friendly and polite.

It was a great experience, and we'd highly recommend the company. The company actually traveled all the way to Delaware to do the installation since there weren't any other K-Guard suppliers in the area, and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Furthermore, I haven't had any problems with the gutters in the two years since their installation.

I am very happy with the KGuard Leaf Free Seamless Gutters from Mid Atlantic. They look beautiful on my new roof. I had several companies come in and present their products. I went with Mid Atlantic because of the design, quality, and the price. The quality of the product is superb (nice and thick). I owned Thompson Creek gutters for over 8 years, but decided to go with someone else since the 2nd floor addition and a new much bigger roof. The thing I do not like about Thompson Creek gutters are the little tiny ventilation looking holes on the gutter cover. Leaves and pine needles would get stuck in them making it look like the gutters need cleaning. It was a pleasure working with John and Susie. They are both very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. Thank you both.

Unfortunately, they didn't offer the kind of service for my particular type of chimney, but they were very friendly and helpful when I spoke with them on the phone. Furthermore, they did a good job of explaining why they couldn't perform the service and promptly refunded me without issue.
