Description of Work: Mid-Atlantic replaced the roof of our townhouse. John came to do an estimate the day after I inquired about replacing it. He explained in great detail the process and about the materials they would use. Since we had the roof replaced during the winter, instillation was dependent upon the weather. Mid-Atlantic was on our roof the first day weather permitted. Price, professionalism and punctuality give them an A+ rating in my book.

Description of Work: John came Nov. 13, not long after I'd called to ask for help (and his wife, who answered the call, was super-nice on the phone), to see what work needed to be done. He looked over the entire area, made measurements, gave me estimates for my options, and did all the above with a personable manner and apparent great expertise. His team of 3 came on Dec. 16th and removed and replaced front and back gutters with their K-Guard Leaf Free System. They repaired the soffit and recapped fascia. They repaired loose capping and installed missing capping on a 2nd story window. They inspected and nailed all capping where needed. All three gentlemen worked efficiently, answered all of my questions, indicated through the way they did their respective jobs that they were experienced and competent. They went above and beyond what was asked of them - and were easy-going. They also made a small repair to capping that my neighbor needed. I was quite impressed with everyone from Mid-Atlantic Gutters & Exteriors!

Description of Work: I had the gutters replaced because storms would produce so much rain that the water would pour off of the roof at some corners of the house and not be contained by the gutters. This system fixed the problem. A few metal pieces were found around the property after the job was done and my son with the lawn mower found a couple of them. Other than that, the job was done in an efficient manner. I can't remember how much I paid, but I used a deal and it seemed like a fair price.

Description of Work: Mid Atlantic Gutters replaced my 21 year old roof, installed an attic fan, cleaned and replaced gutters. They arrived at 9:00 am and stayed until the job was completed at 7:00 pm. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently the work was performed. The men were polite and professional (as opposed to the company my neighbors used. Their roof took 5 days and the men were loud and obnoxious). |I would definitely use them again! John took the time to explain everything in detail and brought samples and I love his wife Suzie!
