Our old gutters were falling off the house and full of debris; The new gutters are covered and they promise "the last time you cleaned the gutters is the last time you'll clean the gutters". I certainly hope so!. Both my husband and I are thrilled with our new gutters.

They were very responsive and performed the job quickly. Everyone I dealt with was great! Susie handled set up of the appointments and contract details. John came for the initial assessment and cost estimate. He was very helpful and while he was up on the roof was able to fix a loose piece of siding for me (this was even before I agreed to use them for any services.) He also gave me an honest assessment of my gutters. After I signed a contract for them to do the work, they ordered the chase top immediately and scheduled a date for the work to be completed as soon as it arrived. When the crew (4 guys) showed up, they worked quickly to get the job done. They also further secured that same piece of siding so that it couldn't come loose again. From what I can see (from the ground) the job was performed very well. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

They were great to work with. From our first meeting to get the estimate and gather information about their K Guard gutter system, to the installation, and to the follow up when we the gutters were up. The gutters are working perfectly and the crew even offered to repair a couple of downspouts that our patio construction team had bent at no cost to us. It's refreshing to find a company that follows through on what they promise and makes you glad to refer them to friends and neighbors. We'd gladly do so with Mid Atlantic Gutters!

In a few words, this company is a highly professional operation that demonstrates passion for their work. From the outset, they reached out within a day of my acquiring their services on Angie's List to set up an initial survey of the work to be performed. I was in the process of having my home painted, and John arrived on the agreed upon day to take measurements and understand the technical requirements of the installation. In this instance, the details included gutter runs nearly fifty feet long and in some areas, and heights of about forty feet, yes 40 feet, off the ground. I was especially impressed that John brought a cut-away product sample so that I could see and understand the flow dynamics of the K-Guard system. He also left a number of color samples allowing me time to actually see the new paint scheme upon the house before having to make a final decision on what might work best for us. John and his team arrived for installation within a day of the completion of the painting with the necessary equipment to make a flawless installation. They were well staffed, polite and very knowledgable regarding the challenges for this project. They worked expeditiously, efficiently and very safely notwithstanding the difficulty of the linear runs and heights involved. Even as they pushed into the evening to complete as much of the work as possible, they were mindful of the lightening storms moving through the area and took all precaution to protect their personnel, equipment and my home. As it turned out, John's deputy, Tim, returned early the next day with a few teammates to complete the remaining tasks to complete the installation. The Mid-Atlantic Gutter team called back this week as a follow-up to check on my satisfaction and to answer any additional questions that I might have regarding the work that they had performed. Again, given the unusual technical requirements of this installation, I can say with confidence that I chose the right company to protect my home. Owner and installers were here as promised and did a very professional job. They were courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and finished on time. Very happy with their work and would recommend them to any one.

They did a great job. They were very nice to work with and very accommodating for my budget. When the owner came to give an estimate it was a rainy day and I thought he would have to cancel, but he showed up right on time. He described his product and compared it with several other popular gutter systems. His system was by far the best in my opinion. It was raining on the day they were suppose to come install the new system and the owner called to ask if I wanted them to come get the job done or if they should postpone, I told them it was no problem to postpone. They came out the next day and did the job. They showed up on time and worked all day (I don't know if they even took a break for lunch). The installers were two nice, well spoken courteous youn men. They finished everything up in one day. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to everyone.

Our house is located on a wooded lot so we have had trouble in the past with the existing gutters getting clogged and water running over them because they were not functioning properly. We decided to replace them with an updated gutter system designed to end the need to be constantly cleaning gutters. I called and scheduled an estimate with Mid Atlantic to learn more about their system. John showed up on time and explained their product and the work that would be performed to install it on our home. He did this clearly and concisely and there was no hard selling involved. I told him I was still investigating other gutter systems so he gave us an estimate and told us to give them a call if we had any questions. After about a week of continued research and estimates on other options, we decided to schedule the install with Mid Atlantic. They came out and did the install in one day. The new gutter system looks good and more importantly is functioning as promised. We have had a couple of major rounds of rain since they were installed so I have been waiting to see how the system performed before finishing this review. I am happy to say there were no signs of a waterfall running down the side of my house. I recommend Mid Atlantic Gutters. They did great work and they were courteous and professional. They were a real pleasure to work with.

First of all I would like to say that these (John and Sue) are some of the nicest people I have worked with in a very long time; courteous, professional, polite, and friendly. There were no problems calling and scheduling an appointment for an estimate. John showed up on time and went through the various options that were available to me, explained the product and work that would be performed clearly and concisely. There was no up sell or hard sell, they let their professionalism and product speak for themselves (I really like that). John basically said [paraphrasing] he knew I was going to do what's best for my home and wallet so give them a call when I was ready. After talking to a couple other companies I called them back to schedule the install, I lucked out as they had an opening the next day. John and his crew came out and did the install in one day, no hassle no fuss and the new gutters look spectacular. As it turns out the following day we had another round of torrential rain and the gutters function perfectly, I no longer have a waterfall running down the side of my house. I cannot recommend Mid Atlantic Gutters enough, thanks for the great work

Prompt to return call for estimate. Estimator right on time. Reviewed products, explained options discussed price range and options for me. Straight forward. No lengthy or hard sell. Installation for gutters and downspouts. Called ahead for install date/time. Received second call with possible equipment delay. Got confirmation call late same day for install. To home, install done and cleaned up and departed. Very professionally done. Heavy rains next several days and worked perfectly.

The owner was on site most of the time. The crew was professional friendly, and communicative. They did a great job. The were at the job on time, finished the work, and did some extra painting without being asked. What's not to like.

I first contacted Mid Atlantic Gutters along with three other gutter installation companies. I was impressed with the system that they used, and of the estimates we received their's was most realistic ... not too high and no too low. After we made our decision to contract them they were very accommodating with our schedule. Another factor is they offer a monthly payment option with 1/2 down, which makes it easier for a homeowner to budget. Of course when the date arrived to do the removal and install it snowed. We seem to have that problem when having something done to our house ... However, they called beforehand to let us know that they might not be able to make it due to the weather, so we were prepared for that. They did come by to replace the rotted support "beam" (I say "beam" as it was actually three 1x6 planks held together with nails and a prayer) in the carport and replaced it with a treated real support beam. They did this even with the cold weather, and the snow threatening. They rescheduled to come out and remove and install the gutters, as it can't be too cold or there will be issues with the aluminum, and got to work bright and early. We knew that there were going to be issues, as this is a 1970s house with deferred maintenance and a few do-it-yourself homeowners ... The began the day removing the old, sad, rusting gutters and the rotted facia boards ... of which there were more than a few! Midway through the day they asked me to come out to show me some issues that they had uncovered ... (1) whoever installed the previous gutters had cut into the roofline to make room for the gutter brackets ... so they had to fix that without replacing the entire roof. (2) Someone had attached a live wire to the facia board in the carport that was cut when they removed the rotten board! We were glad no one got electrocuted! (3) Being an older home we have the double layer of shingles, which is going to cause us issues ... and already is in one area ... our roof isn't in as good shape as we were told by the Home Inspector. (4) Whoever installed the previous gutters screwed them down to the roof of the carport?! Why make holes in the roof?! The work went very well, they managed to fix the jacked-up roofline that had been cut, installed drip edge around the whole roofline, which we didn't have because of the double layer of shinges. They even were nice enough to caulk the areas of the roof that were not in the best shape ... exposed nails and such ... they also did their best to close up the holes made in the roof of the carport, again without replacing the entire roof. After the work was completed they removed all of the debris and made sure we understood the operation of our downspout divertors ... we have two rain barrels now to control the water in our backyard ... They sent a guy out later that week to come by and fix the wire that they accidentally cut, as well as do some touch-ups on the divertors. We are happy with the new gutters as after the install there were those several rainstorms that came through, and we had no leaks, no drumming of water on the windowsill, the previous gutters didn't catch the water and it could get very noisy, and the rain barrels are filled to the brim! Overall, it was a good experience and we learned more about our home, and with that knowledge we can prioritize the home repair projects ... next to be replaced is the roof ... and you better believe that Mid Atlantic Gutters and Exteriors will be first in line to give us an estimate.

The experience from start to finish was awesome. After researching them on Angie?s list based on the customer?s reviews, I called to have them come out to give me an estimate on gutters; Sue was amazing by the way she handled the scheduling. Jon came out and we discussed my options, I have numerous trees and this was becoming a problem for me as I am a female and do not wish to clean gutters. He quoted me a price and I asked him if I could think about it over the weekend, he agreed. There was no hard selling or anything. After receiving feedback from family and friends, I was confident that this was a great deal and moved forward with installation. The weather this season has been crazy so there were some scheduling obstacles on both ends. Sue always kept me updated of what was going on regularly in which I appreciated. We hired John to install new gutters after finding water in our basement after a big rain storm. The leaf and debris protection is excellent and we have been dry ever since. They also look great. Soon after buying our house, we found issues with a poorly constructed addition that was leaking from the top floor, through our living room, and into the basement. We hired John again and he was able to identify the issue and completely waterproof the bathroom addition. It was a tough find but he never gave up. John also did chimney work and installed a new chimney cap. Lastly, we recently (last week) had John install a new roof on the entire house and change two exterior doors. Again, great job and fairly priced. Needless to say, John is our go to guy for everything. He is dependable, responsive, fairly priced, and does excellent work. If you find something is not 100% perfect, he comes back until you are completely satisfied. John cares about the work he does and the people he does it for. A great all around honest guy!

I recently used this company to replace my gutters. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. All questions were answered and I never felt pressured to buy there products. My gutters looked beautiful once installed and I have not had any issues since installment. I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic.

Mid Atlantic was very professional. They came out on the date scheduled to show me the product and provide a written estimate. The price was very reasonable compared to other guttering systems. Mid Atlantic arrived on time the day of installation. They did a great job. I am very pleased with the K-Guard system and the work done by Mid Atlantic. I highly recommend them.

They were wonderful! They were very friendly and professional! They were willing to work to get a payment schedule and plan worked out to get the gutter guards installed. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and explained to me how things worked. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I plan on using them very soon! His wife, who runs the office, was very nice and professional on the phone too! She gave her husband the information needed to come and help me out! She hasn't been overbearing about getting the job scheduled and worked out. I told them I would call and they are very good about doing what I have requested!
