Existing patio had buckled in spots and did not drain properly. Travis and Daryl removed existing pavers and labeled them for reuse. They removed the existing base and installed a new one with drainage pipes around the edges bordering the house. The pavers were reinstalled and and the drainage pipes covered with stones. The existing dry stream bed was modified to assist in removing water from the patio and 2 shrubs were relocated. The finished job looks great. Great pains were taken to minimize damage to existing turf from their excavator and dump truck. The work site was left in a very clean state also.

Travis and Daryl removed nearly all the existing water feature and reworked the waterfall to have more realistic and dramatic flow plus increased the water storage. They took great pains to minimize the damage to existing turf grass by their excavator and dump truck. They also added new LED lighting for night time illumination. They moved plantings when needed and mulched all the disturbed areas in the planting beds surrounding the waterfall. The finished product is quite stunning.

The crew was very professional. They showed up when they said they would and did the work as Travis had explained. At first we thought the price was high for and quot;just a repairand quot; but they basically started from scratch except for digging the hole. The materials they use are high quality and the new pump and filtration system are very low maintenance. They carefully removed all our fish and tadpoles and placed them in a holding tank with aeration that was almost the volume of our pond. The fish came through the transition just fine and seem to enjoy their new deeper pond with a gushing waterfall. We are very pleased with the pond and believe the improvement was well worth the price.

Arbor Ridge Services LLC were very professional. I felt the quote was a little high which is why we didn't use them.

Contacted Travis at Home show and he made a site visit to scope out problem. He explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate and set an appointment time. He came at the appointed time and completed the repairs satisfactorily. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and was very professional and thorough.
