Squeaky Clean

Arrived as scheduled and did a great job power wash deck and house and walk to my porch. Two days later arrived as scheduled to stain and seal. Nice to work with. Have been keeping deck in good shape for at least 20 years -- schedule it every 2 years.

They called the morning of and asked if they could arrive 2 hours later than my scheduled appt. time. They were still late for the later appt. They missed a lot of places especially the trunk. I had to ask them to redo/vacuum the trunk. They missed the area at the bottom of the doors and some small stains on the upholstery of the seat. They explained why they could not get the stains out in the seat which seemed logical. They did not have to do much as the car was parked in a garage and protected from the outside elements so I do not know how well they would have done with a car that had been parked outside. They took my faucet cover also when they left. The carpet did not come out as clean as I would have liked. They used my water.

Squeaky Clean did an amazing job on my windows. They were meticulous in cleaning every inch of every window, inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

This is a hard thing to do usually but they did a fabulous job. They really respected my landscape and were careful about it. He was really patient with me and listened to everything I said. I'd use him again.

The service and work outcome was outstanding. I called their office twice--the first call was to arrange for the estimate and the second time was to clarify some information in the estimate. The estimate was arranged within a few days and the second call answered all of my questions--the person in the office is knowledgeable, informative, friendly and engaged. The work was scheduled not long after the estimate--the workman arrived on time, performed the work in a neat and orderly manner, did not damage landscaping or anything else, and was friendly and very competent. The exterior of the house is now very clean, the mold and algae on the vinyl siding side is gone, the gutters are clean and look like new (the grayish carbonization is gone), and the windows are spotless. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family and will use them again.

We hadn't had pressure washing done in about 7 years. They did a great job and were very prompt!

Matt was wonderful. He was punctual, polite, conscientious, knowledgeable and hard working. He and his employee came when they said they would and worked quickly yet neatly to get this very big job done. We wanted to apply stain to our bank barn, which was a huge job! They worked at a steady pace and did a fantastic job applying the stain neatly and evenly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs power washing or wood maintenance.

I called to get a quote to pressure wash the front of my townhouse. Someone stopped by two days later and left an estimate in my door, as they said over the phone. The price seemed more than reasonable to me and they have good reviews here, so I called to schedule the cleaning. They even managed to squeeze me in a couple days ahead of time, which was good as the HOA has been throwing a fit. They did a fantastic job on the front of the house. I had that green stuff growing on my siding and there is NO sign of it anymore. I even had an egg spot that's been there for months (since Halloween) and they managed to get all of that off. I couldn't be happier with the results and I would highly recommend Squeaky Clean.

I called and left a message and my call was returned a day or two later. I explained to Matt that I was a contractor and needed someone to wash a clients house and I needed someone to work on other clients jobs when I required power washing. I asked him to meet me on site and he said he would call when he was in the area. I waited 3 weeks and called again to see if he was interested and left the address of the job site. My client called and said someone came and looked at the job and I received a call from Matt that he'd looked at it and would be $350 but could not do the work for about a month. I said no problem. The next weekend my client called to let me know they were there washing the house and she received the invoice and loved the work. I've left other messages about more work that I'm guessing he's not intersted in. I won't bother him anymore.

They deliver 7 days a week, are very cheap, will help with any problems, and are very accommodating and friendly.

They came on a Tuesday before the 4th of July to wash the house and deck and prep the deck for re-staining. They came the friday after the 4th to finish the deck. The heat and humidity were terrible that whole week so I know working in that heat could not have been fun. When we got home Friday night the deck was not complete - between the deck boards and under the railing was not done. I was upset but then we received a call from the owner stating they did not have enough time to complete and would be back in the morning to finish. He was there on time the next morning (a Saturday even) and worked until he was done. He was meticulous to make sure it was done well and even asked us to look to make sure we approved. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend (and have) them as they do a great job and seem to care about the quality of their work.

Boy was my house dirty. Lots of mold on front as the front gets very little sun shine. Porches full of cob webs, dead bugs and dog hair. When Squeaky Clean was finished it looked great. Cob webs dirt, mold, dog hair and bugs all gone! A day or 2 later i did notice a stain on one section of the front of the house. I wasn't sure if this was a permanent stain from the mold or not so called to ask. They said they would come back and take a look. They showed up a day or 2 later and said that it was seepage from the eaves and took care of getting rid of it right then and there. I couldn't be happier with their service or professionalism. I will definitely use them again and will gladly refer them to anyone needing their home power washed.

The deck had not been cleaned or stained for several years. I had already purchased the stain in the shade I wanted because someone else was supposed to be doing the work. But those plans were cancelled and I found Matt through a recommendation from the contractor who had done some work for me. Matt agreed to use the solid stain I had already purchased. He did a thorough power wash of both lower and upper decks then waited a few days to do the staining. He picked a sunny day with no rain predicted until the next day. But unfortunately it rained that afternoon. Matt had to redo the whole job. He did an excellent job and I am really pleased with the appearance of the deck.

They did a great job I was very pleased with their attention to details and time table completion. Best upon the quality of work done; I plan on calling them when the deck needs to be done again.

They are great. I have been very pleased with them and have had no complaints. I will be using them again this spring.
