ceramic tile, home remodeling
+ 0 moreThe removal fast, clean and very satisfactory. The shower pan was built to wrong dimensions. Owner had to find replacement tile for floor tile that had been removed. Shower build-out was messy but eventually fine. But installer used a power hand cutter to cut the tile and dust was everywhere (up to 30' from bath - inside closets and drawers). I still wonder why a wet saw was not used. Glass doors were measured and installed wrong. It took 4 months to get any response to having the work corrected. After starting work in mid-September the door manufacturer's will be re-installing today (March 2nd). Terry was not our original contact but once he took over I felt the job was in much more capable and reliable hands.
Description of Work: Removal of plastic shower stall. Install of full tiled shower surround with small bench and floating glass doors. Move and install owner-provided sink base.

+ -1 moreTHE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO LAST 3 WEEKS OR SO. IT STARTED JUNE AND AS OF SEPIA THEY ARE FINALLY FINISHED. OVERALL WE ARE PLEASED AND THE COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE TO OUR VARIOUS PLUMBING EMERGENCIES.
Description of Work: COMPLETE RE-DO OF MASTER BATH AND OUTER AREA - SECOND SINK, TOWER CABINET AND DRAWERS. THE KIDS BATHROOM ALSO GOT A NEW TUB AND MEDICINE CABINETS.
