The company SIS VA was authorized by LG to check the issue with my dryer not working. The technician came in a nondescript old sedan, did not have a name tag or identified himself. He opened the dryer, said the motor has to be replaced, talked to LG, gave me a case # and told his job is done. I should contact LG for further service. I called LG and was told that the technician informed LG that he fixed the dryer and the case was closed!!! DO NOT use this company, they are rude on the phone, in person and lying about the work they supposedly did.

Assigned through Lowes warranty service. 1. Technician was not aware of the problems, even though we had reported them to Lowes. 2. Grabbed a glass off the counter to use without asking. 3. Ran water, said pressure was OK, then decided it was the control panel. The original complaint was the heating element. 4. Said it would take 3-5 days to get control panel, then said "Kitchenaid? Longer" 5. Very poor communications. Wife had to ask him to write down "controller". 6. No receipt or work order left with us. Only business card with "controller" written on it. 7. Extremely unprofessional. I do not want them anywhere near my appliances, particularly after reading other reviews.
