They were beyond GREAT! Awesome! Great work, great attitude and they were respectful of things and properties.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a security doorbell and floodlight and were very patient when the doorbell didn't sync as the manufacturer had promised. I replaced the unit and that one also didn't work. They gave me some recommendations on different options and the replacement worked perfectly. I have already recommended them to both my neighbor and my parents. Will definitely be using their services again.

Ali and his team were great. They were courteous and on time. They mounted four TVs in our house, connected our speakers and game consoles and cable too. We needed a new outlet to hide wires and Ali and his electrician came back the next day to install a new outlet. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for other projects around my house.

These guys arrived right on time, assessed the job then got right to work. They correctly installed the TV mount on the wall then hung the TV in no time. They also reconnected my cable and modem for me. After everything was completed they cleaned up after them selves. Very good guys, fast workers who know what they re doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Broke my laptop on a holiday weekend. But regardless, it was picked up from my home on Sunday and returned in less than 24 hours. In addition to backing up the files to to a portable hard drive, he was also able to do a fix that repaired the damage and made what I assumed was a loss , a usable computer again. I used Sengroup Solutions to install a new computer with Windows 10 (and all the components) to replace my computer with Windows 7. They provided exceptional service. Aly was extremely responsive and accessible by phone, email and/or text message. He arrived promptly and was ready to work. He made sure my old computer was properly backed up and that all my data, etc. was transferred to the new computer. He listened to how I wanted my computer to be set up and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. He made the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 very easy for me. He explained how to navigate Windows 10 to and gave me some excellent suggestions and tips. He double checked to be sure all components were working properly. I would highly recommend Sengroup and will definitely use them again in the future.
