+ 0 moreThe owner, Rob Sansbury, came on site himself to see what work needed to be done. Steve arrived a few days later, on time, to install the lights. Steve was very professional and courteous and prepared the area by covering all furniture. Upon completion of the work he cleaned up everything and left me with nothing but beautiful recessed lights in my home office. Will definitely call upon Sansbury Electric again.

+ -1 moreWe had a small but nagging issue with the wiring in our basement apartment that caused the baseboard heaters to stop working in the middle of winter. I called Rob (who has done great work on our house before), and one of his electricians came the next morning at 7am, fixed the issue, and was done by 9am before we had to start remote work. The service is always excellent and the technicians are extremely nice. I will call them again and recommend Sansbury Electric to anyone.

+ -1 moreI got a hold of Rob Sansbury and he informed me that he was busy and would call right back. He did not and I left a message on his cell phone the next day and never heard back. He must have too many customers and doesn't need my business. Therefore, I will find other electricians eager to take my money.

+ -1 moreI called Rob on Sunday, and he came out Wednesday afternoon, arriving just on time. It took him about 90 minutes to trace the problem and fix it up. I paid him $100 and was glad of it. This is the second time we've used Rob, and both times have been pleased. His price is pretty reasonable for a licensed electrician, and he just does the work, end of story.
Description of Work: During some other work, a (different) contractor found that the ceiling brackets in our basement were electrically energized -- one of his workers got a shock! Rob found the problem, which was an incorrectly wired light fixture that we had installed (by a licensed contractor) about 5 years earlier. Rewiring solved the problem.

He checked in several times to let me know when he'd arrive and came out that afternoon. His work was good and he was professional.
Description of Work: We needed a 220 volt outlet installed for a new dryer. We spent about $100 on parts and about $90/hr for the service.

+ -1 morePerfect. Rob was able to meet us quickly which fit out schedule. He confirmed via text and was professional, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and call him again.
Description of Work: Mainly the purpose of this visit was to inspect the electric outlets and wiring of this old house. There were many different outlets --some seemed old and others new. Needed to know what was safe to use and what the load could be on each circuit, etc. Rob inspected and advised us. I was concerned about posssible fire hazard or circuit overloading. It didn't turn out that much needed to be done other than the inspection and advice, but that was just what we needed for safety reasons.

Description of Work: We had a dead neutral circuit and he ran new wiring all through the house. He also fixed a few other small issues he came across.

Description of Work: I've had Rob Sansbury fix some lights that weren't working and he installed a new light for me. Putting a couple of switches in and replacing some light fixtures that weren't functioning cost $198.
