With A very clear monitor, showed me exactly how sewer line blockage occurred. Diagnosed problem and brought in workers to repair within four hour same day. Workers were quick, efficient and cleaned up very well. Company fixed problem for $1000 less than other estimate from other companies who wanted to do unnecessarily extensive repairs. Could not have been happier with work

Crew arrived on time and completed the entire job (including WSSC inspection) in just 1 day. They worked especially hard to get through some roots from a big tree that I had previously removed that caused the damage. I was able to see the repair job and it looked great. I was very impressed and satisfied with the job they did. A+ all the way.

They were very creative in coming with solutions for updating our master bathroom in a 90 year old house.

I ended up with two plumbers here at the same time (Voight and another company). The other company had agreed to come first thing and I left an evening message and Voight called first thing the next morning (7AM) and were at my house by 8AM to unclog a first floor toilet in my 91 yr old father's room who has Alzheimer's and I had to relocate him to the lower floor for one night where there was a bathroom. I asked if care could be taken not to scratch the inside of the bowl which has a special self-cleaning surface as both plumbers were here at the same time. The other plumber said no way and I might need to buy another toilet. Voight said he would take a look and it turns out their snake had a rubber coating on the part the rests on the inside of the bowl -- protecting it from scratching. I've had past plumbers ruin the inside of the bowl with snaking. He was fast and pleasant and professional. Great service!!!!

They are prompt, friendly, courteous and very responsible. They are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and use them again. When I call them they even know my name.

After leaving a message, we received a phone call the next day to set-up an appointment. Robby was very nice, efficient, and helpful. He came on time and completed the job in a timely manner. We would work with him again.
