Several years ago, after running into a standstill with a difficult contractor and engineer, I took the advice of a neighbor and contacted Right Path Construction Management. Frank D'Anton, the principal, was quick to respond, mediating the situation and finding a company capable of Old World artisanship. This company, which is named First Impression Harscapes, had staff that was both competent and honest. Right Path saw this project through to completion and I saw so pleased with the Construction Management appoach of Right Path that I had Right Path continue working for me - creating a breath taking 500 square foot paver patio, underpinned retaining wall to support my garage on the property line, and most recently, a beautiful bed and bath addition to my home. Vaulted ceilings, rooms filled with light, A.D.A. bathroom, beautiful hardwood floors to match existing floors, and deck with A.D.A. compliant ramp are just some of the many features that the staff of Right Path worked closely on with my architect to tailor this project to my needs. I strongly recommend Right Path Construction Management for any project you may have. The principal of Right Path, Frank D'Anton, will make you part of the decision making process. He will make sure that changes you make along the way do not become excuses for price gouging. He is a consummate professional who makes what could be a stressful and frustrating process a much calmer and easy process for the homeowner.

BUYER BEWARE! This is the worst experience in a long line of home remodeling experiences over the last 25 years. RPCM was hired as a subcontractor to the firm that replaced our patio. We had an existing set of plans, drawn by an architect, so that all we needed was materials and labor. Frank D'Anton met with us, the architect, and the prime contractor and talked like he knew what he was doing. A contract was signed and a start date established. The contractor showed up on time to start the patio, but Frank was no where to be found. For 3 days he didn't show up or call. The construction manager was livid and tried repeatedly to reach him to no avail. Frank and his "crew" finally showed up, worked a few hours and left. This went on for several days (it was supposed to be a 3-day job)and they didn't seem to be getting anywhere. After about 10 days, they announced they were "finished." The floor decking was 1/2 inch short of the end of the deck, the steps were cut uneven and not capped, the lattice work was cut uneven and didn't fit to the frame, and the steps were so wobbly that they were dangerous (just to name a few of the things wrong). It was a nightmare. We had to get the architect over to go over the plans with Frank to make sure he understood what was needed (for the second time). We drafted a page-long punch list that had to be re-visited 3 times, and withheld money until the job was finished. He finally finished his 3-day job more than 2 months later.
Description of Work: Right Path Construction Management (RPCM) was hired to tear out an existing set of steps and small deck and replace it with a larger deck and set of steps.
