+ -1 moreI hired Orlando Angel to paint the entire exterior of my house, and I highly recommend him. My house is an all wood farmhouse, built in 1887, so, obviously, there were many prior coats of paint. I could not be any happier with the outcome. My house looks beautiful and practically brand new. Orlando's crew is wonderful, hard working, and professional in every respect. Orlando's price was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the work. I will definitely use O.E. Angel again.

He did a thorough job of surface preparation, a careful job of painting all of the exterior door and window trim, and left the work area neat. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and am already planning to use them for planned interior painting work.

+ -1 moreExtremely well. O. E. Angel Painting did by far the best painting job on our house in the 49 years we have lived here. We had used three other firms previously with varying results. O. E. Angel offered a very reasonable price (the 2nd lowest of five estimates) and offered some excellent suggestions to us prior to our accepting their bid. They startrd the work when they said they would and were extremely neat and clean. They even painted a couple of extra items not originally included, at no additional cost. They performed excellent carpentry work on two areas that required it. The crew was extremley curteous. We will definitely use them again for our interior painting next year.

+ -1 moreOrlando and his crew were professional from beginning to end. He helped in the selection of colors, the men were always on time, and they cleaned up well. Their attention to detail was impressive. His bid for the job was right in the middle, neither too high nor suspiciously low. Although Orlando and the project foreman have accents, it was very easy to understand them. I am thinking of using them again, when I have the exterior of the house painted.

+ 1 moreOverall they did a fantastic job! The place looked amazing which added to the curb appeal for the open house. They did this all in an amount of time that allowed us to finish other work on the house so the we could place the house on the market.
Description of Work: We needed to prepare my Mother's house to be sold and time was of the essence. O.E. Angel Painting came in and and took care of everything. Interior: They prepared by taping cracks, spackling, caulking, sanding the ceilings, walls, radiators, closets, woodwork of first and second floor. In the basement they removed the vinyl flooring, painted the walls, woodwork, steps, iron railing, sink and floor. They replaced broken window panes and repaired the window sash cords where needed and replaced some ceiling tiles on the porch. They then primed and painted the entire inside. Exterior: They prepared by scraping, light sanding, glazing windows where loose, replaced pywood on the ceiling of the basement entrance, repaired louvers of shutters thsat were missing. Applied a coat of primer and and a coat of paint on the facia board, windows, doors, wooden & aluminum siding, wooden floor of back porch, shutters and railings.

+ 0 moreI might add that this interior job, due to some smoke damage, was a challenge and they not just met it but did so with overwhelming results.
Description of Work: Mr. Angel was recommended to me a few years ago at which time I did get three estimates. His was middle of quotes and did my exterior and some interior. We were very pleased with patience, professionalism, presentation and quality of work. Now, again, have his firm to paint interior first and second levels with extensive detail and high ceilings. His patience and cooperation excelled. They don't just paint and leave, but properly and with much attention prep the work areas and go over and beyond what is expected to do excellent work. They assisted in getting just the correct paint, right paint colors and attended to other details of trim and little repairs that other painters often leave or would not attempt. They are worth every dollar plus. The end result is magnificent (I might add that I am very picky and detail oriented).
