Terrible experience overall. Owner came to measure windows and the grids -- several times to make sure he got the measurements correct. He didn't on one window which happens to be the pivotal middle window and the installed window grids did not match with all the other windows. Claims to install thousands of these annually and has been the business for 30 years. My reaction was how could such a obvious mistake have happened and only till I pointed it out that he confessed to making a mistake. We tried to strike a deal in the subsequent months but he was not interested in reasoning and continued on to berate me in a totally unprofessional and disrespectful manner. After paying this contractor, how could he treat a customer so poorly?
Description of Work: Company removed old glass (windows) that had failed (moisture seen between panes) and replaced with new insulated glass. These were various sized windows on a residental home.

From the owner. its sad that you seem not to remember the truth! you posted we did a great job!! yes one window was ordered wrong because you had a diferent window pattern at the top. you pleaded for a deal, not me.3 times you pleaded for a deal. you made the deal to leave it at a lower price. then you called up 4 months later trying to get it for free.from the day we started this job you pleaded for a lower price, even after we set the price on the job...i could go on and on. your your said you'd try to get ths job done for free. We have NO unsatisfied customers!!
